The room was spacious and clean.

It was only one small pot and pan for the kitchenette and it wasn’t fully cleaned.

The location of the hotel was perfect, smack dab in center city. The staff were warm and friendly and happy to help. The room itself was spacious and mostly clean although had some signs of wear, like there was water damage in the upper right corner of the room and some other marks of wear and tear.

Things could have been slightly cleaner. There was a box of rice left from a previous guest in the cupboards of the kitchen, indicating they hadn't been thoroughly inspected. And the sheets and towels had some stains on them so we have to request new ones.

Beds were comfortable and there was tons of room

Hotel was pretty run down the layout did not have any flow at all and the front desk was hiding around the corner where you couldn't even really stand in line well

Valet parking available. Sizable room. Clean.

Requested a shower chair but it never arrived. No written information regarding the two restaurants only a-code access to menu and no ordering instructions. We ordered from the Asian restaurant. The food was fine but we had to go to the lobby to pick up the food. We are both disabled so this was not convenient at all. If we’d known we would not have ordered it. The ac would run but the room never cooled down. Also bellmen don’t start until 9:00 am which required us to find a cart for our luggage on our own and load it and take it down to valet for our car.

Location, room, and facilities were very nice and accomodating. Loved the lounge, pool and fitness center too. Everything was up to par. Plus appreciated that most attractions were within walking distance which made our stay even more exciting. Thanks for giving us a wonderful experience.

Unfortunately, the walls seemed to be thin. We could hear walking above us. The bathtub was slippery and uneven. Very dangerous hazard that could be easily rectified.

Everything worked as planned. Room was great. Staff was nice. Got an early check-in as requested. Parking was convenient. Food at the Irish Pub was excellent and reasonable. Room was great - surprised it had a mini kitchen. Price was right compared to other hotels. We drove to a wedding and returned at midnight - the in and out parking worked well.

Took forever to get our car out of parking garage on Saturday morning. A number of cars (5) came in and there were (5) families checking out at the same time. Service was fine, but they need more help. Could not get hot water from the shower - it said to press a button, but couldn't find it.

No Vent in bathroom

The pool when it’s heated is fantastic! I love how parking is right below the property and it is easy to get to. The staff were extremely friendly.

Convenient to a lot of things. Staff very helpful and friendly. Balcony. Big spacious room. I fact that it had a full kitchen.

Valet took too long to retrieve your car when you needed it.
