The location is great

No stopper for the tub kitchen counter falling apart tv needs to be updated

the bed was good and the room was spacious

the receptionist barely smiled or looked at us upon check in.. not even a welcome word was there .. the whole facility needs major maintenance. corridor smelled very bad. the kitchen sink was leaking water and we had to keep a towel on the floor to keep it dry. one dresser drawer was broken.. if you're relatively a tall person, good luck reaching down to the bathroom faucet to wash your hands

Rooms are spacious and location was great

Very dated rooms, paying for parking, had a hard time getting clean linen.

Nothing! It was so bad, we left! Dirty and bugs in the various part of the room.

Nothing, left shortly after checking in. It was so dirty and bugs were throughout the room. Bathroom sink was gross and my sister turned over the bed sheet and a comb fell out.

Awful experience. Our room was run down, dirty, had broken stuff, uncomfortable bed, not enough bath linens, and worst of all the room smelled like Italian/red sauce/garlic/old food that had gone bad. We didn’t even unpack at all and lived completely out of our luggage the entire stay. However the horrible room smell was so strong and putrid it still permeated all our clothes/bags/shoes/hats. Everything had to be washed when we returned home, even clothes we didn’t wear/use at all in an effort to remove all the smell. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and noisy. Both my husband and I kept sinking into the middle together and having to readjust. Only 3 small and uncomfortable pillows weren’t enough for us. Bathroom linens were 2 bath towels, 2 wash cloths, 1 hand towel and 1 bath mat for 2 people to use over the course of several days. Both times I went to the front desk to ask for more towels I was told I had to bring my old towels back, wait for them to be washed and would then get those same towels back. That was extremely inconvenient. The only other alternative was to use the same unwashed towels the entire stay and that wasn’t a viable option for us. Kept having problems with the tv. Both cabinets with drawers had missing and broken drawer fronts, the small loveseat in the room was broken down. The bathroom sink had cracks where it should have been attached to the wall behind it and looked like dirt/grime in those cracks. The toilet had to be flushed more than once after each use. The shower was dingy and above the shower appeared to be some kind of spotty brown/orange substance. Must have been some type of grime/mold/food/vomit. Our room was one the first floor and by an emergency exit. Kept smelling cigarette smoke anytime we weee back in the room. Since it was supposed to be a non smoking facility we assumed it must have been hotel employees just outside hovering around that door to smoke.

The location was good I was not worried about my car or anything

The only thing that was good was the price, we reserved this hotel last minute because a change of plans in our previous itinerary but I was very disappointed.

Hotel was very bad. It was old. Furniture in the room was damaged. One cabinet was missing from one of the cabinets. The smell in the hotel was bad. Seems customers smoke and it is not cigarettes. The kitchen was old, stained cabinets. The sofa mattress was old and you can feel the mattress springs. They did not change sheets or fix the beds the next morning or any day. There was trash outside our room. Like soaps, paper. The outlet for the hair dryer was damaged. Overall decoration in hotel was very depressing. I was very disappointed.

Not to much of anything 1st room I check in didn't have a remote to TV toilet didn't flush 2nd room phone wasn't working no way to call housekeeping for extra towels bathroom Not very clean.
