    Pros +

    • Location and vibe
    • Space was very nice and location was convenient
    • I like it was close to shopping centers, very easy to get around without taking the bus everywhere.

    Cons -

    • Cost; temperature
    • Lighting in the kitchen/living room was bright .. need a dimmer or lamp. Walls were rugged and could use a fresh coat of paint. Tissues in the bathroom would be nice.
    • So two cons was for the bathroom design. 1. There is no shower door just half glass wall so shower does hit a bit of the side of the wall.2. No counter space at sink or drawer under the sink. Could have put in a small tray in the bathroom for bathroom accessories for travelers.

Everything else. The room had broken wood finishes before I got there. This was then taken from my security deposit. The hotel doesn't let you know about the 250 deposit until you get there. I was almost stranded in a city Im not native too with very little sympathy and had less than 24 hrs to come up with a deposit that was not listed on booking. One Sky Loft cares more about getting money they already have as oppose to caring for it's customers. The location is hard to find unless you already know the city. Customer service line has a SCAM warning. Will never book again.

Charged for a tolit seat I didn't break

I called and texted one sky loft to report the broken tolit seat as soon as i arrived , Sept 10, 2025 @ 4:44pm. They text me that matinance would be that day. Then the texted me stating matinance had left for the day and would be there the next day Sept 11,2025 between 9am and 12pm. Matinance never came. I texted one sky loft that afternoon of Sept 11, 2025 after 12pm. They texted me saying they would checking in to it. Matinance came late the afternoon. One Sky Loft charged me $165.00 for a tolit seat that was broken when I arrived.

It was modern- fun. The fixtures and the shower and the kitchen were exceptional. The bed was super comfortable. It was nice to have a stocked linen closet and a washer and dryer.

It needed a bedside table and lamp on both sides of the bed and maybe a few more pictures.

We liked the location everything is right there. Parks, museum restaurant great location

You have to pay for parking, which can become pretty expensive.

After a long day of moving our daughter into a new Philadelphia apartment the queen suite was the perfect place to relax and unwind for the night. The property was immaculate, from the wonderful smelling entryway to the spotless kitchen area. The bed, while extra soft, still led to a great night's sleep. Extra props for the rain shower in the bathroom!

Very modern interior open and airy with two private balconies

Windy on night one it was whipping very loud something outside main bedroom on exterior was flapping causing more noise

Very well situated, close to Independence hall. The apartment is new and comfortable. However if you are more than 3 , which was our case, there is no comforter for the couch but only a thin throw.

You really cannot beat this location. Center City is unbelievably dense with world class eateries, nightlife, culture, green space, and HISTORY. One Sky Loft is surrounded by public transportation options. It's only a few blocks from the subway and buses stop right outside the property. Getting around the city is a breeze. As for the interior, everything inside is sleek and modern. The water pressure in the shower is something out of a five-star spa experience! The bed was comfy and the ambient temperature was easy to control. I read a few reviews suggesting they beef up the internet and add an iron. It seems those issues have since been addressed. Communication with the team is prompt and getting in and out of the building is straightforward. The design of the apartment is functional and lovely; I may steal a few ideas for my own home. All in all, we had a wonderful stay. It's not every property you leave thinking, mannn... I could live here.

I used to live directly across from Penn Hospital, so I'm used to the noise of ambulances and what not. But man, on the second floor you are really in it. Some better soundproofing on the windows would make for a more comfortable experience. That "loft" window or whatever in the bedroom is totally aesthetic and not functional. A solid wall would help close off some of the noise while you are trying to sleep. Maybe even some plexiglass to let in light but not feel like people on the street are inside your apartment lol I feel like they shot themselves in the foot with this design aspect. It looks nice until you're woken up with a political protest that sounds like it's coming from your living room. Also, please get a real sign for the front door and add yourselves to google maps. Had me suspicious at first...

    The location. The shower.

Only after I paid was I told I would need to upload my drivers license, front and back, and a take a selfie in order to get my check-in information. I would not have booked if I knew that as I had no idea where this info was going. The payment was nonrefundable and I had a work appointment the next day so had no choice but to do it. The selfie app magnified my face so I had to have my son take the picture across the room for it to work. When I tried to check in, the instructions did not work. I was standing in a downpour, trying to get in. There is no awning over the door (the place itself was hard to find - only had a piece of paper with "One Sky Loft" taped to the door. When I called, no one answered. They did call me back but kept asking if I pushed the buttons I had already tried several times. It turns out they had left out part of the instruction. In the meantime, I was soaked. My suitcase and work bag were soaked, and clothes inside my suitcase got wet. When I got in, I realized that the kitchen/living room space was down 2 flights of stairs, in the basement, with the bedroom on the first floor. They should make that clear for people with disabilities. For me, it was just an annoyance. The place was stocked with the bare minimum. No creamer, no paper towels, one bath towel per person, not even one ice cube tray. The place is apparently located along a subway line because every few minutes there is a low rumble and the walls shake as the subway cars pass through. Luckily, I'd brought a noise machine. The next morning, I discovered that there is an alley on the other side of bedroom wall (with the one window in the place with a shade drawn that can't be opened). I discovered this because, at 6:30 in the morning, men were yelling to each other and banging dumpsters against the wall. For my troubles, the person on the phone offered me a one-hour later check-out. I did not want to stay there one more hour!

Comfortable, clean close to mostly everything .

Front door is tricky . You have to pull it hard. Just a little feedback from others hangers maybe a broom and dustpan would help make it better
