Riversuites At The Battery

We were able to check-in early, rooms looked like photos, very spacious and clean…The staff was very accommodating at check-in, TV had working netflix, breakfast was included and complimentary snacks and beverages.

Location and basketball court

Room wasn’t clean, stains on the couch, yes that kind of stain. New room they gave didn’t equal to what I initially booked. Still haven’t received my 100 deposit

The suite was amazing! Very spacious and in a perfect location to catch a show at the Foundry. Free parking was a bonus!

Room. Location

Exercise room is just a small indoor basketball court

Breakfast was a nice surprise. While the sandwiches were a bit mediocre and unevenly heated, the staff member was so friendly and kind and the variety of options was pleasant for a free breakfast.

The pull out bed was extremely dirty. I had to ask staff members twice for new sheets as the first time they only brought a blanket and pillows. The phone in the room also had a permanent busy signal. As soon as I picked up the phone it was a busy tone and I was unable to dial out. I had to physically go back down to the front desk to ask for the sheets again.

Front desk staff at check in was TOP TIER! So friendly and helpful.Room was beautiful, clean and comfortableLoved the complimentary snack as well.

Location

Room was located right next to elevator & other guests were loud. We got no sleep.

The security was good and I really liked the room

That there is no store on the property

Nice people and nice rooms

No basketball available for the indoor basketball court

Location is excellent. Walkable to many great restaurants, venues, etc.

I know it’s a design choice, but the lobby is pretty sparse feeling. And the fact that there is only one elevator is odd.

Hotel and staff were amazing. Other guests were partying and fighting which made it hard to enjoy our stay.

Being at a nice hotel and being introduced to section 8 housing.

It was a nice big room. We went to the Rivers Casino and they had a free shuttle which was perfect. All of the workers at the hotel from the front desk to the shuttle divers were all so nice and helpful.

Nothing not to like.

Enough rooms to accommodate a large group

The main lobby was unkept and had a terrible smell. The property didn’t have what was needed to complete what we needed to do. The bathrooms were not up to par to match the luxury description of the property.

Located in a nice area next to a park. Close to the arena we were traveling to. Very clean with friendly staff.

Not enough parking

Everything was great, the room was spacious and clean, the rooms were spaced far enough apart that even the loudest guests were not heard.

They needed more onsite parking. Instead of having to drive to the casino and taking the shuttle back

Poor night’s sleep due to...

The property is affiliated with a casino and when the shuttle returned at 2 am my neighbors brought the party home and made a racket until 7 am. I called the front desk 2 times and nothing happened. I sense this occurs regularly. Don’t recommend this place at all.

Poor night’s sleep due to loud room next door all night long.

Area and rooms

On site parking. Front desk staff at check in were not really friendly

Liked that the staff did their best to accommodate us. Booked because hotel was 'pet friendly' but recently changed policy and had an elderly dog that needed air conditioning and quiet while we were at a family event nearby.Thank you very much
