the breakfast was good

sauna pool was dirty and green. no fresh towels. No AC in room, had to switch rooms

Location, convenience

The options in the onsite store.. no cold drinks or water. No option to take breakfast back to room.

The location was the best thing about the hotel. Also, the staff were very hopeful and patient with guests.

There were roaches near the in-room coffee maker. Perhaps the sugar packs were attracting the insects, or the lack of thorough cleaning. The mattresses need to be replaced. They need better breakfast options. Didn't meet the expectation of a Hilton hotel.

The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was very nice.

The pool was cloudy and the floor around it was dirty. The pool was closed the second day of our stay.

Cleanliness is poor this time. I stayed here several years before, it was not like this poor maintenance

We stayed one night for a morning appointment at CHOP and had a very nice stay. The room was nice and clean. The staff was very nice and the location was great.

Parking garage is expensive but to be expected in a city. We found street parking.

I did not stay in this hotel, nor did I book this room. MY credit card was compromised. Somehow, someone was able to book and stay in this hotel WITHOUT the use of the physical card.

I have never laid eyes on this hotel. Someone used my name and credit card information without the use of the physical card itself.

Tile floors in kitchen & bathroom were not cleaned well. Floors had some kind of residue that made the floors slippery. Not to the point of slipping and falling, but my shoes, were able to slip/slide on the tile. Almost as if floor wasn't rinsed well.

Tasty breakfast

We booked a room with two double beds but the room with two beds was not available when we arrived, even though we paid for it. We looked forward to the pool, but it was closed when we were there. We paid for a different room and pool but didn't get it.

Hotel is near Penn and a few blocks from the Septa rail. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

I have stayed here before but this time the room was NOT clean. Candy wrapper on sofa, hair ( multiple) in the shower , dirt( or something else) running down toilet & that¿s what I could see. Made me nervous to climb in bed.

Parking was nonexistent. Pool was under construction. The pool was a huge reason I booked that location.

The room was a large suite, with a complete kitchen including stove and microwave.

When I asked the front desk for towels and to make up my room, they did not. Also, the keycard was weak and there was a physical problem with the door.

Room keys were glitchy - especially using in elevator. Sometimes worked - sometimes didn¿t.

Room was sizeable. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was much better than average.

The room was clean. The staff was accommodating.

The room 706 had an adjoining room 707, the adjoining door between the two rooms was damaged.I had to take a picture of the damaged door before they believed me,they didn't have another room we had to sleep with a chair behind the door.

The bed was soooo comfortable. It was clean and a nice room. Worth the money if using it for a few days. The gentleman working the valet when I got there, was amazing. Really nice guy.

Did not know of the putting a "deposit" on the card in case of damages until I got there. valet service not aware of until we got there. Should either be part of hotel price or known ahead of time. Pretty sure wasn't about breakfast being served

Friendly, caring, pleasant, professional, staff. Nice views and room size.

Bathroom could use a little work (mildew, cracked tile)
