Hotel room, lobby and restaurant were very cold.

loved how friendly the staff was checked us in and also the staff over text was super helpful and gave us complimentary late checkout.

Valet parking was a nightmare and the extra cost is insane.

Yese the hotel front desk mgr. She was very dismissive . I had a premium room city view however the bathroom wasn't clean

Not that I didn?t like it, but my shower had a double head and one didn?t work it also dripped like crazy even when it was turned off.

The lady at the front desk on Saturday night around 10pm was not helpful and somewhat dismissive of me.

We enjoyed our stay at this new hotel. It had an amazing location, with lots of indoor and outdoor seating downstairs. It was well decorated. The rooms were nice, comfortable beds and blackout curtains. Clean. Not noisy. Staff was friendly. Gym was nice.

The rooms were clean but not spotless - there was a lot of dust. The only amenity was the gym. Free coffee in the morning was nice but would have preferred all day. Water station was not working properly and overflowing. Front desk overwhelmed.

It was close to many Central Philadelphia Historic sites and restaurants.

A dated hotel in process of modernization. Difficult to get the temperature right in the shower, almost scalded myself. Poor TV channels selection and difficult remote. Sliding doors to the bathroom and kitchen area. No free bottled H2O or laundry bag!

Beautifully decorated and in the heart of the fashion district with much to do. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The location was great. 10 min walk to Independence Hall area and 2 minutes to city hall and Reading Market.

Great location. The rooms are beautiful. The customer service with the entire team was excellent.

Noisy conditioners. The pillows are like rubber and the blankets are synthetic (not suitable for everyone).

I loved the location of the hotel it was conveniently located within walking distance of everything downtown. The bed was extremely comfortable and great for 2 persons stay getaway.

The bathroom had not been cleaned when arrived. There was hair in the shower and along the floor. There was no soap, towels, or washcloths in the room. The view was supposed to be a city view and we were in the back of the hotel facing a building.

Nice hotel and amazing staff. Room was great and as clean but I did find hair in the bathroom. Not a big deal , that was the only issue really. I would definitely stay again!
