Cons -

The room was right on top of the train tracks and with a train passing by every 6 to 10 minutes except between 1am and 4:50am, it felt like torture to be in that room. The hotel's warning that the room is subject to noise is beyond misleading.
There is no staff on site, there was not enough coffee for two cups of coffee, your can hear the people in other units as if they are in your unit and the neighborhood is very noisy at night. I only recommend this location if you don't mind noise.
