There was no staff available to resolve issues. I had to wait over an hour for someone to let me into my room because the code was not working .

Room is large, more like an apartment. A good place for staying for several days. There’s a vending machine on the ground floor with some good snacks and diet beverages.

Will need to walk several hundred meters to reach nearest train station.

The location was excellent. Walking distance to many attractions. Also love the rooftop lounge.

Limited parking at the facility. Had to walk two blocks to the parking area.

The hotel was a nice hotel, very spacious.

But when we first walked in there was this awkward smell.. Everytime we walked in. I wish they could have accommodated my 12pm late check out bc we had kids and it was uncomfortable standing outside in the hallway with my children. The person who came to the room seemed very upset, although I cleaned all the dishes, put all the trash away.

Spacious apartment - decent kitchen - good location. Friendly helpful reception. Nice rooftop terrace. Small but quiet gym.

Door code did not work. No one was on site. It took an hour long call for someone to come and help.

i was there for a conference in the convention center so the location was perfect. convenient to get to restaurants, bars, etc. and also only 1/2 hour walk to train. ideal for my trip!

Spacious, modern apartment located close to the city center. Excellent air conditioning system.

When we arrived at the accommodation, we couldn't get in for almost 40 minutes because they had problems with the codes. It was a huge problem because other people were in the same situation. There was supposedly a 24/7 helpline, but they never answered. We also had problems with the curtains in the rooms, and no one came to help us. They don't have staff available to handle any problems.

Room was beautiful and very clean. Very nice area as well 5 minutes removed from city centre but private. View was stunning from rooftop. All in all was an excellent find.
