The people's shower in the next room woke me up at 5am. It was extremely loud. I could not go back to sleep.

The staff was very friendly. They made you feel like you were visiting family. The breakfast was also very good and the person that was in charge made sure everything was full even if you woke up late. The pool was heated and enjoyed by the grandchildren

This is the second time we were there that the pool was not available.

Great breakfasts. Our room had a sofa, microwave, and mini fridge which were very helpful.

The most comfortable beds and pillows. As well as the overall cleanliness and friendliness of the staff.

Ordered and prepaid for a king size suite room and ended up getting stuck in a queen

It was nicely appointed, comfortable, quiet, and easy access to the highway.

It was more about the surrounding town--eating places were limited.

The bed is very comfortable and big. I like the area. I feel safe being at this hotel.

The price was kind of expensive for a dirty room.

The Wi-Fi system did not allow connection to the Internet from my room. I had to take my computer down to the lobby to make an Internet connection.

The electricity went out and the only emergency lighting that came on were near the exits Rooms and halls were dark

The elevator went out. I was in a 3rd floor mobility room so I was not happy about having to walk down with bad knees. You should consider putting the mobility rooms closer to the elevator so they're easier to get to for those who have trouble walking.

The staff was very nice especially the lady taking care of the breakfast. Went above duty to allow us to check in early. Dove products in room were a plus. We stayed in the deluxe king room and it was huge. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

The hotel is in desperate need of updating. No automatic doors, elevator was broken, overall appearance of the lobby and breakfast area is dark and dingy. Weeds and grass overgrown around hotel. Dirty towels were left in our room when we checked in.

Reviews were mixed so I was really nervous but the room was very clean, updated, everything fully functional, it was a really nice place to stay.

The rooms were clean and some of the staff were very lovely and helpful.

I didn't realize it was just the old comfort inn when I booked it. The elevator broke, the pool was under construction. The lady putting out the breakfast was a little snippy.

Good price, wonderful breakfasts, helpful staff, comfortable mattress, quiet room.

The people at the front desk were outstanding. They went the extra mile to get us a room and to help us keep the same room when the hotel was full.

The bedding especially the pillows were very comfortable. My girlfriend took down the info and will be purchasing online. Breakfast was great. We were told the normal breakfast person was a no show that day, but hotel staff stepped upto the plate.
