- Cleanliness and staff was great.
- The staff were friendly
- Quiet. Decent for 1 night
Cons -
- Breakfast not great. No bagels or English muffins. No toaster. Quality inn in Wilkes Barre had hard boiled eggs and a toaster. I would think that a better breakfast would bring repeat business. Even one more guest per night would pay for these items
- It is very ran down. We could smell cigarette smoke and marijuana just walking down the hall. The bathroom fan didn?t work. The coffee was horrible.
- A bit dated and empty and off the beaten path. Kind of eerily expansive and empty, like an old conference center that is not used anymore
