Comfort Inn New Holland Amish Country

Everything! It was a nice comfy bed & the staff were all so polite. Loved the nice cold A/C too! Will book here again for our next visit to that area for sure.

Bathroom, small, bathtub and floor seemed unusually slick;

Super Sketchy. Do not stay here. needs updated. Also, there was a woman sleeping on the couch with her belongings around her at my check in. No one was at the front counter, and I thought she was the check-in girl. No just living in her car.

Bathroom very small, staff messed up our room twice. Hotel dated.

All staff were pleasant throughout our stay, and helpful with questions. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Parking was very good. Room was clean. We did not take advantage of the free breakfast, but it was a usual kind of hot breakfast.

Tub drain was slow, but staff seemed glad to be made aware.

Room not clean. Hair on bed and bathtub. Dust and crumbs on the pullout bed. Blanket stained with what seemed to be blood.

I had to cancel as I had a medical emergency. The staff supervisor was kind and courteous and refunded my $$$$. Hence my superior rating. FDH

there were several things that did not work/function properly, the air conditioner, also the light outlets. Had to switch rooms due to light outlets not working.

1) Good location, out of the Lancaster city fray. 2) Good service, our toilet overflowed and maintenance worked diligently to fix it. We were offered another room if we wanted to move.

1) We found the internet was intermittent, kept losing connection on our two computers alternately. When reported to the manager there was no solution other than it must be our firewall which never happened before.

Comfortable rooms. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Great location. Clean rooms. Clean bathroom. Adequate for 1 night.

Older hotel. Could you a bit of a refresh. Not exactly what I expected for a 2 1/2 star hotel although they did try. Good enough for one night.

I have stayed here three previous times. The rooms are clean.The staff is friendly. The breakfast they serve is good and in a clean room.

Staff was fantastic. Breakfast was great. Lots of options. Room was very clean. Bathroom was tiny but sink area outside in the main area was very nice. Tons of counter space. Water pressure was fantastic.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and accommodating. They are able to overcome obstacles (water outage, staff shortage) very professionally and capably. I would like to put a "shout out" for Bonnie and Cheryl!
