Hotel was clean, location was convenient, pool was nice, easy parking

Hot tub not working, very basic breakfast selection, front desk clerk at check in

Lovation

Needs updating, had a dehumidifier in room. Room smelled moldy. Card lock kept deactivating. Had to redo card every time used. Very frustrating. Bathroom sliding door kept sticking.

Friendly people

The entire first floor, including our room, had an odor throughout our 3 night stay. When we went upstairs to it friend room it was wonderful. Felt like a different hotel

elevator broke, had to take 2nd floor with perosn in a walker and she fell

Friendliness and clean

No waffle maker

The staff especially at the front wentout of his way to make our stay enjoyable. We loved the hot tub and the location. We were visiting Pennsylvania to attend the hershey RV show and we also like to visit the Lancaster tourist area.

The hotel itself can use a remodeling. It's showing it's age.

Location. Also the vending machines had reasonable prices.

Dog urine smell at the bushes / plants in the front

Staff was extremely friendly, everything was clean, it was inexpensive, and it is right off the highway

The hotel itself was kind of old/drab, breakfast was weak (basically all some form of bread - waffles, bagels, muffins, english muffins), no eggs/meat

Staff friendliness

Small pillows, bed does not elevate for those with breathing issues, breakfast area too small.

The comfortable mattress, pillows, the shower, the front desk staff, the quietness, the availability of amenities and the cute waffle makers.

It really was a great hotel and the breakfast was great. The people and staff were great and friendly.

The only thing that we didn¿t like was the location because a couple of times we heard trucks at about 2 am in the morning but other wise it was great.

Location downtown

Extremely dirty, small room. Didn't get accessible shower as per reservation beds small and uncomfortable. Room not in hotel but auxiliary building.

From check in to check out the hotel was great. Rooms were clean, and tidy. The breakfast was great and had everything you need or expect like eggs, meat, waffles, breads, etc. The staff was warm and nice when we had questions about the area.

The beds were full size and for our family a bit too small. The shower is the same, small but everything was comfortable and clean. Our room did not have a microwave but the front desk was helpful on that.

Friendly Staff. Room was clean and the hotel felt safe as a single traveler. Good make your own waffles for breakfast, with a few other options.

Mattress could have been more comfortable.

I did not really like the sliding door for the bathroom. It did not close as tightly as I would have liked, and it did not feel private enough for me. I also did not like the door to the shower. Opening it was confusing (2-way)

The location was convenient for what I needed and the woman who took care of the breakfast was very nice.

Hotel was very disappointing. I went into the room and I was severely disappointed. It was filthy. The carpet had visual crumbs all around. The room was run down with damage to the furniture and the shower looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years

The person who checked me in was friendly, helpful, and efficient. I would recommend this hotel and will use again when traveling.

Although an older hotel, it's clean and VERY quiet. The indoor pool and hot tub are well maintained and large. They even supply towels for you. I definitely wished I had brought a bathing suit.

I only wish the hot breakfast was a little better. Toast, English Muffins and a waffle maker really didn't do it. I was hoping when they advertized hot breakfast it would be eggs and bacon/sausage. I'd stay here again though.
