The place is note clean . The bed is not good and someone mess up our stuff (like upside down ).

The Heater in the room did not work, only blew out cold air, outside temperature was in the forties during the night. The hotel was supposed to have free breakfast, but in the morning there was none.

The front desk employee was polite and wore a suit.

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever seen. It was absolutely filthy. There was a wad of hair on the floor when I walked in. It gave off a homeless vibe and looked incredibly unsafe. I couldn't stay there. I immediately left and got a new hotel.

I had a check in 2 hours late and they were great about that didn't charge me didn't say anything they met all my expectations overall was a pretty good it's a great place to stay

They had roaches and other bugs. The other guests were very noisy throughout the night.

Comfortable bed with firm pillows.

Parking lot needs paving

Very clean room. Insulation was missing around front door, but this was not a problem because the heater worked great.

They tried with remodeling, and it would have been really nice! But the floor was filthy, and the blue blankets on the bed, oh my God! They had stains galore and dirt and filth. I was appalled. But it was late and we needed a place to stay ¿¿

The staff the night we checked in moved like a dinosaur, it was late, but we were tired too, and this is your job! The bedding was disgusting, and the floor could have been swept! The floor was dirty & someone¿s razor cover was in the shower.

Room, furnishing, lightening noise

The room was horrible there was no breakfast even though it stated there was breakfast there was no ice machine

Guy at the desk was nice

Everything else... the bed sheets were covered with hair .. the towels had several yellow stains, the door¿s safety lock was broken, the AC smelled, yellow stains on the walls, sticky microwave.. and more.. absolutely worst experience ever I checked out

The room I was given was quiet.

Hotel under construction and debris everywhere. Office trashed/ I don't think I have ever seen a hotel that presented so poorly. Bed sheet had a stain and rug was tattered. Would not recommend this place.

Throw desk clerk (owner?) was friendly. They have large vehicle parking. Location was good.

I am not usually critical, but this place was awful. Non-smoking room with cigarette burned in bed linens, the room smelled so bad with some overbearing deodorant that I had to wash my clothes and throw my N95 mask away.

Ended up stsying 2 nights never emptyed garbage from day 1.

There is not even one thing I can say good about this hotel room. It should have been free. Even then, had I not paid in advance and been so tired I would have left immediately upon seeing the room. I don't even think it was up to code.

This was the nastiest room I have ever seen. I slept fully clothed on the top of the bed and put nothing personal of mine on the floor. The pictures posted on line were drastically over exaggerated. I took pictures and would really like my money back!

The hotel few is the most attractive about the facility, but the hotel staff are very conscious about guest comfort and they do what ever is asked. The room is outdated but comfortable and generally clean, though thru could do a bet job. It's def worth it

Room smelled, the breakfast was not as advertised, I woke up to my toddler crying because there were spiders in the bed in the middle of the night. Not worth the money!!!!

Privacy, cleanliness. Roger and Philip were very pleasant to deal with....we left a hat behind and they retrieved it and offered to send back to us. Close to stores

Ice machine was broken. Continental breakfast consisted of boxed Entenmanns donuts and coffee.

The distance to Montage Mtn and other restaurants

Wasn't the cleanest hotel but was good for the price and the amt of time we spent in it
