Pros +

The cleanliness of the rooms, good food at the breakfast.
The style of the rooms.
The location off of 81 and the employees were very accommodating.

Cons -

The lifts were unclean, broken and insanely slow. There could be mats on the walkway after the pool so that the remaining area stays dry. The breakfast was good towards the end but the service was slow as the truck arrived late on the day of my stay.
The eggs were ice cold and we were given one roll of toilet paper and ran out of it.
The key didn't always work. The one side of the building was damaged. The room itself had cosmetic issues: the body soap was ripped off the shower, the bath towel rack constantly fell apart, and there was scratches and ware and tare on the bathroom door.

The location off of 81 and the employees were very accommodating.

The hotel was in dire need of a renovation. In room 121, the pillows on the couch were stained, the picture on the wall was ripped, and the carpet felt dirty. The front of the hotel was ok but the rear of the hotel was dirty and looked like a Motel 6.
