The Breakfast has declined. The rooms were not vacuumed during my 10 days stay. The rugs were very stained and have not been cleaned. I complained to the front desk on several occasions, and nothing was done.

Very nice location, clean and friendly guest services. Breakfast was very nice and had more than we expected.

The full kitchen was what locked me in, the soft queen size beds locked my G'Son's in. The D&D Ladies who went well over and beyond to help us/everyone during breakfast made me say if ever in Philly again this is where we'll stay!!

Unfortunately the person who checked us in when we arrived and when we asked for more towels wasn't that pleasant. One of more other reasons for choosing this location was the pool/hot tub, which unfortunately was closed for renovations..

The staff were amazing, and the room we stayed in was absolutely great.

The pool was closed during the hottest days and the breakfast was sub-par.

Ideal location near my destination and plenty of amenities. Front desk staff were very friendly and efficient. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The free breakfast was plentiful and good.

The bathroom in my room did feel a tiny bit worn, but it was clean and functional. The great room/dining room where breakfast was served also could use a sprucing up: tables scuffed and worn and the tile floors were sticky. A great stay overall though.

It had everything needed and was nice and clean. The staff was great! Even got me ice when my freezer had none. It was very quiet and hot breakfast was great even until the last min.

Only the couch looked a bit tired, but everything else was great!

The employees are so kind and caring !! I just became homeless at the end of March and used the last of my money to pay for the room and it was the best choice I made

I didn?t like anything about this dirty hotel..

Carpets were filthy and bathroom tub was disgusting.

Hotel management and staff are very rude I even got kicked out for making a complaint about a staff person

The door to the bathroom was very noisy when you opened it. There was a bottle cap and plastic on the floor so they must not have vacuumed before we got there.

Beds were comfortable. I liked that it had a kitchenette. Dove soap was great!! Hotel manager was exceptional! Really nice and professional.

Fireplace in lobby was not working. The indoor pool was not working so we could not use it. It could have been cleaner. Especially the lobby. Luggage carts need to be replaced! However, I would definitely stay there again.

Very loud music going on in the room next to me for hours late at night. Front desk said they couldn't do anything about it.

There is No Pool and there hasn't been one for the past couple of years

There was a moldy smell. The bathroom had some mildew in the tub

Door security lock broken, bathroom door would not stay closed, bedside drawer would not stay closed because it was pulling away from the wall.

Worst bathroom faucet ever water extremely slow yet fast in kitchen , could not find a good medium with climate control in room if i didnt run the A/C at 69 the room quickly to 78 degrees from the central heater of hotel, toilet was leaking at base .

We checked out after two nights, though we prepaid for 3. Room was hot, had to run a/c 24/7. Desk chair not high enough for comfortable seating. Breakfasts were awful. Ran out of everything. Keys had to be reset, first floor furniture and carpeting shoddy

It was quiet and great location

We stayed for 7 days and had to ask to clean our room, although the cleaning staff was very nice but overworked with low supplies on her cart. The hallway/elevator rugs were dirty, rarely vacuumed. Breakfast staff did not attend to customers.

The staff was very helpful with the issues we had while staying and offered a partial refund for problems that occurred.

The 2 bedroom suite we had booked and paid for in full 4 months in advance and we had doubled checked on a couple weeks before arriving was not available. It was necessary to split our family up between two separate rooms. Also the AC quit in one room.
