Friendly staff

Carpet in room needed an upgrade morning breakfast was just average

Clean, quiet and a nice bed.

Shower pressure and temperature.

There was an issue with the TV in my room, and hotel staff quickly changed my room and upgraded me to a suite. Breakfast was very good.

Always clean and friendly.

It was not that I didn't like the check in, it was that I could not understand the gentleman at the desk when I checked in on Wednesday afternoon.

Clean, spacious room. Excellent customer service - very welcoming when we checked in and very pleasant when we checked out. Excellent complimentary breakfast.

Cleanliness and layout

The television in our room (215) had white dots on it. Staff didn¿t look excited to help - maybe overtired? Breakfast often packed certain foods when waves of people came through.

The staff was courteous and always asked if they could help with anything. The room was clean and spacious as was the shower. The complimentary breakfast was very good and we enjoyed it. The location was great.

The breakfast staff was super friendly day, as was the staff Sunday morning. The rooms were average, and the hallway was a little loud, but I was on the first floor, so it's to be expected.

The check in process was really slow.

The Room was nice.

Pool was closed and not advertised ahead of time (can only assume due to Covid). This location also had the worst continental breakfast I have ever experienced at a hotel. There were no hot food or even a toaster to toast the bagel. no milk, no juice.

The location was central to the places I needed to visit.

Over priced for what iris. They had to switch room immediately on check in because it wasn¿t clean, pool still not open, bathroom door will not stay in fully open position, marginal breakfast.

The house keeping lady did not knock both days I stayed here and almost just walked into the room without knocking? And then did it again the next day even after I said something to her. Also, check out is listed on my itinerary as 12:00 pm not 10:00a

The comfort and location and cleanliness

I was disappointed in the breakfast. I understand with covid they had to have prepackaged items but I wish there had been a wider variety of choices.

There was a very nice Black male staff worker and a young cleaning guy

It was filthy and the staff did not wear masks. There was no hand sanitizer and if I could find some it was literal alcohol. The pool wasn¿t opened and looked like it had gone septic. The gym was dusty. I couldn¿t do my laundry and had to air dry it

Very clean and covid protocols was in place. Only thing was the heat in the room but it wasn’t the hotel fault. It was very cold outside due to the storm.

The staff was incredibly helpful and fast. Even the staff cleaning the common areas were very friendly.
