- We did not have a room available when time to check in. No one would answer the phone when trying to call
- Fruit selection could have been better. Eggs and sausage were not appealing.
- Ant & spider problem, unclean, uncomfortable beds, most of the staff’s visible hygiene was a bit unkempt, sticky floors, areas stayed dirty most of the day, the pool was out of order the entire time during summer, the rooms and bedding was dirty.
