Hampton Inn & Suites Lamar

The hotel was very clean the room was spacious and staff very friendly

The only issue I had was a belonging of my daughters went missing from my room while we were gone for the day. I had put the item on the table and it was gone when I returned late that night.

front staff was friendly and accommodating, even with our late check-in. Love that small toiletries are eliminated, and the products offered were lovely.

Bathroom redesign was weird, especially the sink. The faucet didn't come out far enough and the sink protruded so it wet the front of my shirt when I leaned forward.

Was given a room with a connected door to another guest room and coul hear every word of conversation of the people next door. Luckily they went to bed early

This hotel is clean and fresh. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The coffee and breakfast was very good. Everything was way above the average roadside motel. It was my best experience in at least a decade of travel. Thank you to the entire staff

The swimming pool and hot tub were too cold.

House keeping, there was alot of garbage and didn't know where to put it and no garbage bags in all rooms

The cleaning service was not good. I had to ask for towels and the trash to be emptied!

The room is spacious and clean. It is right off the highway.

I presented my credit card at the front desk when I checked in. We left the hotel 2nd day. Then I started to get suspicious charges on my credit card. Two unauthorized charges from Hampton Inn a few days when I was in another state. This is fraud!!!

The breakfast was beyond awful. The choice was a breakfast sandwich and cereal. I'm sure the cereal was fine, but the breakfast sandwich was hard as a rock. It was served by a very annoyed employee who didn't care that the food was terrible.

It was conveniently located right off of exit 173 on the NW side of the interstate and easy to get to. If you get a room on the southside of the property you get a beautiful view on the mountains.

Not really. The low star rating is misleading. I've stayed at a lot of hotels and it was as clean as any other 4-5 stars that I've stayed at.

Ease of access right off of Rt-80; free and secure parking (cameras visible); king suite was spacious and comfortable

We had to pay full price while amenities advertised were not available (no hot breakfast, fitness center and pool closed). Had to request Do Not Disturb tag and coffee each day instead of already being provided.
