Bed was a little uncomfortable

Location to event.

The room only had one double bed. I can't believe a hotel would give a 2 person room a double bed. If there were 2 double beds I could see it. But a queen or 2 doubles would have been nice. There were only 2 small towels in the room.

Well the room was disgusting piles of dirt and dead bugs on the floor room stunk, bed was worn out and disgusting. When checking out I told the lady at the counter all these things and she didn't care one bit she just wanted to get back to her phone which

Breakfast, firm bed, location of room far from highway

Shower head was whistling too hard, toilet too short, ac kept blowing cold air on my face before it turned hot

There was mold in the bathroom tub. The white skirt on the bed was brown and dirty. There were paint chips all over the floor like it had not been swept in a while.

Cleanliness needs to be much better - ice machines not working on all floors - maintenance needs improvement (Inside rooms & outside doors)

Door near room didn?t work, no water pressure first night, phone didn?t work, extremely loud humming noise above us.

I booked two rooms, one of the rooms didn't even have microwave.

The staff was friendly and helpful

The rooms were filthy. There was garbage left in rooms, blood on a bedspread, no toilet paper. Just did not feel like the room was even clean or looked after.

Comfy bed

Dirty. (sterile needle) trash. tv cable broken (bad reception).no shampoo. short toilet. slow drains low water pressure.No microwave. No water in first room. Had to move rooms at 11 pm. Long walk from room to elevator and ice machine.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was good.

The hotel was very dated and could use an overall upgrade.

The breakfast was not too bad.

There was no safe in the room even though the printed material said to store valuable items in the safe. The shower head water flow was weak and it seemed the pressure was low. There was also a leak in the hose connecting the shower head.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel had an odd smell and at one point I smelled pot in the hallway--not the hotel's fault mind you. Breakfast was a little skimpy.

Beer on my car tires next day cigarettes all over by car . Workers were out late bbq in parking lot by cars drinking ect . Should not be allowed ! Wanted to check in at 3 but when I called to ask she said if it says 4 is check in then it¿s 4 .

The manager should be fired and the our final day there woke up in the middle of the night to no power no heat and no water was freezing in there

Property in poor condition, & smells bad

It was easy to access.

They hadnt cleaned the shower. There was a bar of soap still on the shelf in the shower. So not sure if they changed sheet or anything else.

Breakfast options

Broken dusty AC, crummy watery coffee

Enjoyable stay after a long day of traveling for work. Front staff was cheerful & polite. Slept like a baby & the room/bathroom was CLEAN. Morning breakfast was offered with many choices. I would STRONGLY ADVISE to stay at this Quality Inn¿¿

NO! Everything was GREAT! It is nice to know that there are still hotel chanin owners that care about about their customers.
