Clean, good breakfast, location

No clock or microwave in the room. Not enough lighting tn the room. Dingy. Staff messes up one of the wake up calls We wanted 11:30 PM and then 5:50 AM. The 11:30 never happened but we got it at 11:30 am. Staff not friendly at check in. Prices are OBCENE

Staff was friendly

My floor in my room had lots of dirt on it. The floors in the elevator for 3 days. There were the same spills on and around the elevator.

Clean, modern.

No exhaust fan in bathroom

Staff were very nice. Room was large with modern decor.

Poor water pressure in shower and sink. Also not a fan of 11am check out times. Would rather see 12noon.

Plenty of parking. Modern rooms.

Air handler at end of hallway was making a loud bearing noise. Still making it Monday when I checked out. Having a white board saying we are full. No early check in and no late check out etc. Not a great look. Price on Facebook was cheaper....

Housekeeping started slamming doors and yelling at each other starting at 8 am. I called to complain and it did not stop. Someone had used the toilet and didn't flush in my room upon checkin. I complained at checkout but nothing happened.

Room itself was good. Large and fairly modern decor.

Dirty sheets. Gross!! Some of the staff were very unprofessional.

Location. Very convenient location for where we needed to be.

Some plumbing issues in the bathroom. Tub didn't drain well when you showered and sink facet was tricky to get it to work.

Extremely clean. Good breakfast. Great customer service.

Room seemed a bit small. No bath exhaust fan kept room damp feeling unless you turned air very low.Surprised to find a maintenance issue that could impact customer safety. Was resolved promptly upon reporting.

The breakfast bar was great, pool was clean and not crowded, the fitness center was also clean and not crowded

The head board smelled sour and the pillows were stained and some also smelled sour

Very friendly, helpful staff. Perfect location for us, close to restaurants, shopping and family. Hotel was attractive, room was comfortable. Nice breakfast buffet in the morning.

Rooms could use a more thorough cleaning.

Smooth check in and check out. Pool was nice and well maintained. Room was spacious and had necessary accommodations for physical disability.

Was also supposed to be a hearing impaired room but was not. Lighting in room was insufficient for its size. Shades on windows were electronic and did not work properly.

I wasn't greeted when I entered I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to check me in....no apology was given

Rooms were spacious, clean, and modern. The facilities exceeded my expectations, and complementary breakfast was a great bonus.

It was close to everything that I needed to get to.

I booked 2 rooms at the same time and they couldn't put us together. Very disappointing.
