The room was clean

I am disabled, and the elevator was out of service making the stair was very difficult along with the ice machines on the 1st and 2nd floors were out of service!

Yes the ac didn’t work tv didn’t have a remote and I asked for a refund and they didn’t give me all My money back I payed 96 they refunded me 19$

The location

The fist room I was sent to had no linnes. The second the refrigurateor was not working but, later replaced. I could not find a working Ice mchine.

They were someone else's dirty clothes behind the door in the bathroom. There was also a big hole in the wall of the bathroom where pipes were exposed. The comforter on the one bed was dirty

there's o phones in some rooms may have a phone with no cord or has a cord and no service and in two rooms that I know of have a working phone

Decent motel with good room, comfortable beds and good shower. The TV and WiFi worked well. I appreciate the microwave and refrigerator in-room.

The very nice family that runs the hotel. They all pitch in to keep the place running nice. They were replacing bed and furniture in rooms vending and ice machines it looked like they are really putting in the work. Good diner to eat at right next door

Thin walls you can hear everything your neighbor does. My case snoring loudly. Thats life for you.

Didn¿t have bedbugs (that I could notice) and the wifi was strong.

Tweakers outside room working on their car and cackling all day/night. Suspicious stains on walls. Unidentifiable insects in room. Surprise surcharge for paying with credit card. Staff knocking on door in middle of day to check smoke detector.

bed was extremely uncomfortable, bugs in the room, low water pressure that gets scorching hot but not cold, multiple burn holes in sheets + no fitted sheet on bed. booked for 2 nights & slept for 4 hrs total

Yes the advertisement was false- elevator not working, no 24 hour front desk, no continental breakfast, no coffee maker Rude staff, trash overflowing outside and blowing around,

Easy parking, good wifi, good water pressure.

Location. Not much else to like.

It¿s dirty. Mattresses laying out by dumpster. Cuts in sheets.Mattress protector was to small and completely falling apart. Burn holes in the bed spread. Toilet was literally taped to floor. People partying and making noise outside until around 5am.

Online photos imply it's a Quality Inn but it's not. The cleanliness of the rooms are not up to any to any acceptable standard. On arrival the shower still had the previous guests soap in it along with what appeared to be mold or mildew.

Affordable and nice staff.

The location was probably the worst part. It was a nightmare getting in and out of there. Could have been cleaner and use some renovations. Some language barriers with the service staff made it hard to confirm reservations.

Room was dirty . Both chairs had stains and was dirty . Room had ants. Burn holes on comforter. Bathroom had dirt and what look like mold in the shower . Room was not cleaned. I requested more towels the next day and they didn¿t have any to give .

It has very comfortable beds and clean sheets. Laminate floors instead of carpet.

There is a $6 surcharge to use a credit card, there are no coffe makers in the rooms and no coffee in the lobby. There is mold in the corners of the bathroom. The TV didn't work, the chair was disgustingingly dirty. the blanket wasn't washable.
