I was tardy checking out, and the manager was gracious to give me ten extra minutes to leave without penalty.

Location

Small room. 1st room checked in smelled like meth lab. 2nd room smelled like Pine-Sol.

The price (especially for the area).

My room did show signs of resent "renovation" activity, workmanship in the bathroom area was unfinished and poor.

Staff was fine

Never cleaned room was there 2 weeks and had to beg for cleaning lady and to get towels took forever. A lot drug activity and girls in lot late at nite. Staff was ignorant and one nite couple in room next to ours got in fight manager came to my room thru

Good value for a motel. The room was clean, and it had a mini fridge and microwave which was nice.

It was a nonsmoking room (as reiterated by the front desk employee), but there was definitely a smell of cigarettes in the room, specially in the bathroom

The location of this motel is nice. It’s close enough to the city for driving but far enough out that it’s quiet.

I’ve stayed here twice before with no issues. The staff was exceptionally rude this time and wanted a security deposit (in cash) on top of what I already paid for the room- it was more than the room rental itself.On top of that our room was not clean. The shower was gross and so was the TV remote

Smooth check in. Front desk agent was very pleasant and helpful.

Upon entering my room I noticed the window curtain rod was being held to the brackets using tied strips of plastic. Even the drapes fully closed it was still almost as bright in the room as with them open. I've had bad beds before but this was the most uncomfortable ever. I turned on the light in the bathroom & found a cockroach crawling across the sink which I killed. Fortunately checking the bed there were no bedbugs. Upon returning from dinner I found more cockroaches in the bathroom. I went to the front desk to inquire about roach spray. He showed me paperwork indicating an exterminator was there just days prior, but said he would bring stuff up in 10-15 minutes which he did, and he even killed a few by hand while spraying. Having issues like this that were seen by staff with their own eyes I expected SOME kind of compensation for dealing with this but was offered NOTHING other than an apology.

The room was tiny - you could barely navigate around the bed - which was not a queen. It had a very pungent smell of Lysol and the shower was too small to get into!

No on-site breakfast, but there were multiple breakfast venue options within a quick and easy walk, from basic take-away to full American breakfast.

As the name of the motel suggests, one side of the motel (the side where the office is located) is very close to an active trolley trolley line, so anyone booking here should be prepared for that noise source, which shouldn't be a major problem, depending on how lightly you sleep. Also, be prepared to provide a $100 (cash only) damage deposit at check-in.

Room on the small side. No place for a desk. No coffee maker (but close to a WaWa convenience store).

I like the simple accommodations at this motel - One bed, small room with essentials at a reasonable price and has always had a room available on the first floor when I have gone there.

I think I heard what I am pretty sure was a single gun shot (MIGHT have been a firework, but seemed more like gun shot) in very close proximity to the back of the motel on my first night there. I sat on the floor for about 1/2 hour working on my computer until I felt comfortable going to bed.
