Trash left under edge of both beds, room doors are also it very secure with gaps around door frame

The bed was too soft, so soft that it would pull one of us to the other because it sank so low. This made the bed very hot and the ac unit was terrible, and sounded like a jet engine. This was the second room because the first one was terrible.

Staff very nice like a family and friends.

Breakfast not much and the card didn't work so I couldn't get into the room.

Very clean. Bed was comfy and staff was friendly and helpful.

Cleanliness staff,

Could not print me a receipt with my correct address on it. They had the correct one on the computer monitor but it would always print incorrectly. Breakfast is very basic.

The Location was convenient for our continued trip in the morning.

The heating unit was extremely loud. Got very little sleep.Very little to choose from as far as breakfast goes. The coffee was barely warm in the pump at breakfast. We had to stop down the road for a good cup of coffee and a real bite to eat.

Lovely hotel and very nice treatment by staff.

I cannot say anything bad about this hotel. Even though it is located next to the highway, our night stay was pleasant and quiet.

Location made for a nice evening. Red lobster for dinner and a movie at a cineplex a short distance from there. The bed mattress was more to my liking than other recent stays which were too firm. I slept pretty well.

Lobby/breakfast area is small but this was not a huge issue for us on a Sunday morning. No pool which the kids normally would use but we did not have time for it anyways. Bathroom was on the smaller side but it was not a huge issue.

The hotel had no cameras. THE OUTSIDE DOORS WERE NOT LOCKED DESPITE A SIGN POSTED TELLING EVERYONE TO USE THEIR ROOM CARDS BECAUSE THE DOORS WERE LOCKED. ISN'T THIS FALSE CLAIMS?! When I pointed this out to staff they shrugged it off.

It was clean and quiet, the location was convenient and staff were pleasant.

Friendly, professional staff and clean comfortable beds

Breakfast ok for a night or two, but after 5 days only Joghurt, Waffel, or cereal with milk, juice and coffee and no fresh fruit got a little tiring but overall acceptable.

Limited Parking after 10pm. Poor lighting in the rear of hotel, the rear entrance door was left wedged open for the 2days I was there, anyone could come and go as they wished.

Staff were personable and helpful.

Room had no chair or rack for suitcase. Receptionist helped us. Toilet seat was low. Tv small. No picnic table for guests or outdoor space at all

The staff were excellent. The breakfast spread and 24 hour coffee/tea bar were better than most hotels I've stayed at. The room was physically clean, had extra toiletries, towels, multiple outlet + USB ports, as well as a large mini-fridge and microwave.

Although there are giant "No Smoking" signs on the doors, it was obviously once a "Smoking" hotel. The smell is there and it is unfortunately pretty strong. The stairs are only accessible from outside.

Great value for the price, clean rooms and friendly staff.

The heater in my room sounded like a chainsaw every time it started up. I woke up 3-4 times when it would come on at night. Room 205.
