How clean it is staff are very good. Everything is very nice.

The breakfast was good really never ran out of stuff. The pool was great although hot tub could of been hotter. Very clean!

When checking in and getting keys it was not mentioned how to log in to the internet. Hot tub could have been hotter.

The room was large.

The heat quit working in my room the first night of my stay (3:30 am) I went to the front desk and asked for help and was told nothing could be done until a manager arrived. The room was dirty with used so bars in the shower and bathroom sink.

Super friendly staff, very accommodating. Good location, away from noise. Pool area very nice, very nice breakfast selection. Highly recommend.

Slight old (smoke?) smell in my rom. It was bearable and I only noticed when the heat was on and I walked into the room.

Staff was great. It felt very clean. The breakfast was yummy. The hotel was incredibly organized and had hand sanitizer and Lysol wipes readily available.

Breakfast would get a bit crowded and I noticed some patrons wiping their faces/mouths and then grabbing utensils to get food with. I was very pleased with the availability of hand sanitizer and wipes in these areas.

Location was good. Quiet but close to airport

Lobby at arrival was dirty. Elevators filthy. No cleaning was done to these areas while we were there. Same smears on tile and trash on floor at check-in and checkout. Desk staff kinda cranky. Nasty stain on bed spread. Toilet didn't flush well

The hotel staff were extremely friendly, the environment was clean, they had hand sanitizer around and were very good with their covid 19 precautions and preparations.

It was clean and they really made and effort to make you feel sate during this Covid time. In addition, the staff was great.

The room smelled like someone had smoked constantly in it . I immediately complained upon entering room but no rooms avail.. checkout they were going to refund but not sure if I was refunded yet . Other than that was a nice hotel

Room 110 was intolerable'right next to the kitchen. The ladies started banging the pots around 5 am. It is a sin that you rent this room, and the staff was quite unapologetic about it.

The staff was excellent, anything we requested we received with a smile. I was traveling with 3 teenage granddaughters and I had to ask for extra towels twice and extra shampoo.

The beds themselves are not comfortable, too hard and you can feel springs. Even my skinny granddaughters noticed. I am a little overweight at 220 lbs, 5' 8"

Location, accommodations and staff attention was excellent.

Decor was too exotic and distracting, early 90's modern not our taste.

This hotel was one of the better I have stayed at. The bed was very comfortable, accommodations were everything I needed and breakfast was delicious.

My only problem (and that's just me) was the pillows were too soft and the quilt was heavy in weight. But clean and beautiful.
