Hampton Inn Matamoras/Milford

location was great for our needs.

rude staff - wouldnt answer questions , or if did not fully , or reply "its hotel policy". The road to the Hotel was a disaster - full of deep pot holes they almost require 4 wheel drive to traverse

Close to interstate

Hotel had a plumbing issue. The water turned black. The hotel staff said to allow water to run until it cleared up.

Clean. Friendly. Good price

Property is worn out and tired. Not the Hampton Inn I know. Please don't serve those systolic eggs to your guests. It's sandpaper crumbs.

Location, cleanliness and Breakfast

Nothing in particular but the hotel seemed dated ie.. furniture and electronic connectors.

It's clean and convenient to many restaurants and businesses.

The road going in is awful. You hit potholes trying to avoid other potholes. The hotel has an odd smell - maybe its cleaning products. It's both downstairs and in the room.

then receptionist told me that my card was declined even if it was not true. HE WAS NEW, dont know how to search noriperly my reservation

The breakfast was gross the eggs tasted gross tasted luke they was made with water almost tasted powdered. The sausage tasted not cooked ling enough. The banana wasn't even ripe yet. Could of been byr rxperience

Old, Loud, dated

The clerk in the morning when checking out Monday. She is delightful and pleasant. Friendly staff through out for the ones I encounter.

Maybe some actual fruit apple banana or oranges etc.? it may be year before I return to see if this review helped.

You know what to expect when you check-in to a Hampton Inn and this one lived up to its brand name. The check-in process was nice and the young lady at the desk was very pleasant and super nice.

Great location!

The doors on my floor slammmed shut due to powerful door closer, so the loud bang was a bit frustrating while trying to sleep. Also, parts of the room were rather dusty. The breakfast was "just ok". You could hammer a nail with the french toast sticks

the location was fine

the bathroom was dirty, the beds looked like they had not been changed in awhile. the manager on duty was not very helpful, i have had to dispute a double charge.

The hotel is close to I84, easy off and easy on. The staff were friendly and helpful. Their breakfast is worth taking the time to enjoy.

I booked a King room and got 2 queens. Also I found some popcorn and hair in the second bed. Hotel employee at the front desk was doing her best and so busy that I didn¿t complain.
