I'm was dirty no fitted sheet fridge was broke

it is 5 miles from the lebanon convention center where my event was

no i was looking for an expensive place to sleep and this was perfect

The staff is amazing and hooked me up with a double room when I booked a deluxe triple room originally. ( amazing)

Only issue is that the bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way.

The curtains blocked the light well

It looked like the last time it had been cleaned was over a year ago. It smelled of smoke and pee and the bed was as hard as a rock. Charged me $61 more than the agreed price.

Staff was amazing and the room was very homey and very hospitable and clean. Can't wait to come back in August and stay here again! Did I mention the staff was very down to earth and friendly. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

Shower too small but overall not much to dislike

Overall we had a good stay at this motel! The bed was comfortable! The HVAC worked very well! The door lock worked well! The housekeeping staff did a very good job! If we were to pass this way again we would stay there again!

Maintenance guy was friendly and trying

This was a disaster from the word go. Scary conditions on room, bathroom was dreadful. Booked for a week slept there 4 days went elsewhere for my cleanliness and safety. Last night I was their toilet was Un flushable.

How close to fair it is

Smoke detector had no battery and is not hard wired. The outlet behind the Tv is ripped out of the wall. Biggest kicker was NO HOT WATER!!!

They couldn¿t find my booking in their system. Had to pay cash. Room was filthy and cold

It is right next door from the PA Ren Fair and a gas station.

Holes in the wall. 2 Stink bugs. Shower curtain fell down on its own. Door lock kept locking me out and refusing to read the card key. Walls were filthy.

Front desk staff member provided excellent service and was very personable.

Appalled at the condition of this room. Holes in the walls, stains on the carpet, broken furniture, stench, no mirror in the bathroom but mold everywhere. Disgusting! No pool as advertised either. Didn't even end up staying it was so gross!

Location

Dog food and hair on the floor. We bought things to clean the whole floor and the shower stall. The whole floor had a sticky film on it that transfer on to you shoes and socks.

Close to Renaissance Faire

THAT AFTER I A INVESTIGATOR REPORT THAT THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN FOR EVERY VIOLATION IN THE BOOK AND FIRST OF ALL INHUMANE CASES FOR PEOPLE TO BE SUBJECTED TO FILTH AND UNSANITARY CONDITIONS FROM THE FRONT DOORS TO THE BATHROOM, BEDS AND WALLS.

INHERITED AND INHUMANE CONDITIONS FOR A ANIMAL AND I WANT MY MONEY REIMBURSE TO MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY AFTER SUFFERING FROM BUG ATTACKS AND POOR UNSANITARY CONDITIONS.

Location to the PA Ren Faire/Celtic Fling. Walking distance. Good price.

No AC and no fan. Tried to lift window and it had been removed previously and simply fell off.

About the only thing to like was the fact it was between the 2 places we wanted to visit.

It was overall the worst place I've ever stayed. The room smelled, the A/C was a window unit that never did cool the room, the room phone didn't work I reported it and was told it would be a cold day in hell before the owner fixed them. Never again.

They were pleasant, the outside of the motel was lovely...but that is where it stopped.

The carpet needed vacuuming,shower had black mold in layers where the shower curtain was and around the base in corners. The pillows were very flat. The bed frame was messed up. The TV required two remotes to operate but we only had one for the cable box.

Nothing. It was disgusting.

Everything. I could not even stay there and left. It was filthy and should not be allowed to operate.
