The staff, were so pleasant, efficient and friendly

The shower was a little weak

Clean, comfortable, quiet, staff was nice and friendly and helpful, pool and hot tub were wonderful! Loved the cookies in the evening. Parking was easy. Check in was easy. Really nice hotel. Plenty of lights in room. We would stay here again.

Breakfast could have been better.

I stayed in 3 different major brand hotels within the last 6 days and this one by far exceeded the others. Throughout the whole experience, customer service, pool, breakfast, room details, cleanliness.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well stocked and offered many different choices. The pool and hot tub were well maintained clean and warm. The room was well kept clean and the furnishings were nice.

Would have been nice to have complimentary water in the room for the coffee pot in the room.

The staff was very nice, the hotel was clean, pool open late, room was spacious. We had a great experience here. It was myself and my 3 kids ages 12,9 and 7. They loved it as well.

It was very clean. The pool was great. Lots of choices for breakfast.

The hot tub broke in the middle of our trip, but it wasn't anyone's fault, except maybe the old creepy man who spent 2 hours getting up and down and constantly pressing the button. Also, please check the vending machines. Pretzels expired in April.

It was like new and the check out time (noon) allowed us to sleep in after a tiring night out, visiting family! The breakfast sandwich was a delicious treat!

Wonderful clean surroundings. Great cookies and beverages provided. I treated my friend to this trip for her birthday and hotel was perfect. She is extremely germ conscious, much more than I and was very comfortable with all. Definitely up there!

Cleanliness was the best. Pool- great. The breakfast- wonderful. The people- helpful and friendly. This was one of the nicest hotels we've stayed at & the best Country Inn & Suites we've stayed at. And they allowed us in early & we liked the noon out.

No complaints & I told the ladies at the front desk that. We will return & we will tell our family & friends about this wonderful place.
