Warmer is always warm. The furniture is outdated

Morning hotel staff not friendly. Kitchen or front desk. I stood in front of the front desk before he decided to look up from his phone. Dining lady no friendly interaction. However, she would answer a question, however, she gave no additional comment.

Good location

Keep the food stocked in the morning breakfast. Had to ask them to refill everything at 1 hour before it ended.

The refrigerators don?t work! The ice machine was filthy, my TV didn?t work when I arrived.

The breakfast was decent.

The rooms are in desperate need of renovation / deep cleaning. The wallpaper was literally falling off the walls in a few spots, the carpet was moist (wear your shoes!), dirt/dust was gathered on bottom shelves and in corners of the room.

The room was way small , we choose Hampton and hiltons for the rooms are always bigger than most. But it was tight and cramped. The bathroom door was nasty dirty. Few bugs crawling around in the lobby. First morning I think the coffee was made wrong

The staff was very friendly and so helpful. Our room and the entire hotel was very clean! Your cleaning staff is doing a great job!

The only issue we had was the hot tub was closed. But that was a more personal preference, obviously, not anything negative against the hotel itself.

The lady at check in was absolutely wonderful.

The bathroom was a bit disgusting. It almost appeared the shelves behind the door had not been cleaned in 6 months - there was a huge amount of dust. Our refrig in room worked but didn't seal so by the morning my food was all wet from condensation.

Good Location Generous breakfast with good variety.

The heating cooling system was loud, and did not control the temperature within a narrow range.

Clean rooms, excellent service, free coffee 24 hours, free breakfast, very good selection.

Everything was good.

The space was clean and quiet. Linens were appropriate and space was a comfortable temperature upon arrival.

The swimming facilities were unavailable but it wasn¿t noted anywhere on the hotels primary website (which I checked prior to booking). I was specifically looking for a hotel with a pool and it was unavailable. This was a huge disappointment to me + kids.

A/C was very loud and rattled continually. Tub did not drain well.

Indoor pool, fridge and microwave. Very hot water!

the ventilation in the room was inadequate, it felt stuffy and damp and needs desperately to have vents in bathroom and windows that open

The beds were comfortable, the room clean, plenty of hot water and a free breakfast. The fact that there was a gym and a pool was an added bonus

Hotel emplolyee is wonderful! Very friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond in assisting our son (the groom) and his groomsmen with the wedding preparation. Much thanks!!!!

Very clean and well presented

The woman working the front desk at night was interesting. I asked if they had a fork she did not want to walk to get it but pointed me in the direction to get it. I was shocked at her response "yes we have one no I dont want to walk and get it for you."

Location. Check in staff were friendly. We finished early with the things we needed to accomplish the day we checked in. We asked for an early check-in and was accommodated.

The evening staff person had her boyfriend there all shift. She watched TV with him in the lounge and then moved to an outside bench. She was sitting on that bench from about 630pm until I went to bed at 11pm. We heard and saw them through the room window
