Staff members were helpful. Breakfast was good.

The first room they gave us smelled badly of pet odor. They moved us to another room which also had a distinct (bad) smell, but at least it didn't trigger allergies.

Well I don't think it is the hotel's fault but I did not like the trains passing by every 2 hours?

we arrived late & were waited for over 30+ minutes to be checked in, even called the hotel main # & my son searched the halls to see if anyone was around, but the person had gone off-site so along with another guest, waiting - very inconvenient w kids.

Phone didn't work. Had to use my cell phone to call the hotel to speak to another guest in the hotel. Informed the clerk on the phone that the phone didn't work. She said 'oh'

had a pool, had double queens for sleeping, had safety/handicap handles/bars in the shower/tub to help in/out experience. Had a fantastic continental breakfast. Hot fresh eggs and the sausage was very tasty and had some bite to it. loved that. friendly

Not a big enough fridge. Too small Would love to see bigger Tv's on the wall also, to relax to at the end of a day.

First floor smelled like Marijuana, room was pricey just for one night. Multiple fruit flies in the bathroom. Room was average clean otherwise.

My room had an ashes smell.

How close my room was to the exit.

I felt like I was in a remake of My Cousin Vinny. About EVERY HOUR a train would go by that rattled the room to the point my drink was getting ripples in it like Jurassic Park right before t-rex arrived.

The bathroom light didn¿t work, the pool was dirty, there were no iron or ironing board in room , had to borrow one from another guess.

Check in was very kind and helpful, rooms were clean and organized. The free breakfast was the highlight, everyone in my family enjoyed the food!

No complaints about this hotel, I definitely recommend it for people passing through. Only thing is that you may hear a train passing by, but it wasn't close enough to disturb our sleep.

That it was close to our venue and the accessibility to things around us. Other than that the room was poor in comparison to other comfort inns i have stayed at. Our sheer curtains were torn in our room it was terrible.

Yes the comfortability of our room. Our curtains had tears in them. The vending machine up on our floor wasnt working properly so we had to go to the main lobby.

Elevator broke down and had to carry our bags down, thankfully is was working going up, we were on the 3rd floor.

I left this hotel 5 minutes after checking in and got a room at another hotel.

It was filthy inside - even in the common areas and elevator. The room was dirty, the hotel has an odor when you enter and the room was filled with allergens. I left the hotel 5 minutes after checking in and had to buy a room elsewhere. also a loud train

Staff was kind and courteous. Everyone was efficient in their duties. Enjoyed the breakfast and 24 hour coffee. Room was clean and comfortable. Always stay in this hotel when visiting.

The night manager was awesome, helping us in to our room when we had forgotten the key.

They could use new beds and carpet.

Took 3 trips down for a key to work. Breakfast had hardly anything. No cream, terrible coffee. Train whistle all night long. Vending machines empty. Don’t make people clean up poop. Trash overflowing. One towel, and wash rag each!!! Don't go there!
