Howard Johnson by Wyndham Hershey

They advertise that they have breakfast and a fitness center. They have neither. It was disappointing and a waste of money.

The rooms were clean.

Free breakfast was cereal and an apple. TV only got 1 channel. Bathroom door did not shut because it did not fit in the frame.

It was in a good location for my needs. It had a good restaurant adjacent to it.

It advertised free breakfast but that consisted only of cereal, with only two selections, both loaded with sugar. I would recommend they put a handicap bar in the shower. The room was small but adequate for one person.

Price?for real? Location?rooms behind the office,

Deposit for potential damages seemed odd and annoying.

Location

Everything, rude staff, long wait time ,unprofessional staff, breakfast was offered but non was served .

the hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable, the staff was nice,

the breakfast consisted of coffee-orange juice-cornflakes and apples,

Location was excellent; walking distance to desserts, brewery, and breakfast. 10-minute drive to Hershey park and casino. Restaurant downstairs had good food; don't go if you're in a hurry or incredibly hungry - you'll wait a while for your meal.

No receipt @ checkout "due to booking online". I wanted proof of when I left so I knew nothing would be charged to my card after the fact. Checkout was leaving my key card (w/ room # on it) in an unsecured basket that anyone walking in could access.

Location. Bakery across the street.

Shower drain was clogged. Staff attempted to open by pouring acid down the drain. After three hours, toxic fumes still permeated in the room. Staff said they would provide a fan at open window, in 35 degree weather! Hotel needs better customer service!

The beds were very comfortable and guy at the front desk was very nice.

The shower tiles felt slimy and was missing grout.

The location

The heater didn't work right and the housekeeper left our door open when they finished cleaning. Tiles were broken in the bathroom causing my sock to rip.

It was close to destination

With the heat set to eighty we were very cold. The first room had a leak and we had to switch rooms. We were expecting room for five even though we only had three guests. Paid extra for room and then had to pay extra for bed. Would not have booked her

Location for work

No desk/work table in room, power breaker was tripped due to electrical issue

Very clean

Room was small. Air conditioner seemed to be on the fritz.

The drinks at bar

Their staff refused to let me upgrade my room even tho I was willing to pay the cost

In the middle of the greater Hershey area - very convenient to get to and from local places.

There is no longer a workout room and the hotel no longer serves breakfast - these were two main selling points for me so I was very disappointed when I learned those were no longer available.

We needed somewhere to stay for one night while attending an event in Hershey that ended late in the evening. We checked in late and left early, but wanted somewhere easy to access, clean, and inexpensive. This was great for that purpose.

One of our two rooms was overheated.

People were nice and room was clean and easy to access.

However the odor of Carpet Fresh was so overwhelming I had to sleep with my head under the covers and you could not open a window.

Clean quite room

TV only had two channels

NOTHING! DO NOT STAY HERE!

EVERYTHING! RUDE STAFF NASTY DIRTY ROOMS. STOLE MONEY FROM US!

The room was very clean and very close to Hershey park

Directly outside of our room window was the garbage/recycling bins where the staff were throwing things out several times in the night, creating a lot of noise. Our room also had a closet that the wallpaper was falling off each side.
