Hampton Inn Greensburg

The hotel was very pleasant, friendly and welcoming. It was clean and quiet. the front desk was amazing and such the hostess. My remote control was not working properly in my room. Kristen replaced it without hesitation :-)

Staff was pleasant and very professional. Environment pleasant & clean. Availability of hot coffee, snacks, supplies, other 24/7 was great. Breakfast was better than most hotels. I will definitely stay at Hampton Inn every time I am in Greensburg!

The hotel was renovated and was beautiful. Everyone and everything was more than we expected. Breakfast was very good with many options.

We enjoyed the roominess of the King room. The breakfast was delicious. Thank you ! The staff was very polite and helpful. Thank you.

The rooms were so up to date and clean! The breakfast was great and the staff could not have been nicer. Our son lives in Greenburg do it was so close to his house. The added bonus was the warm pool¿

The only complaint was every time we turned in the bed the springs squeaked.

Cleanliness

Everything indicated that check out was 12:00 and I got a phone call at 11.00 asking if I needed more time because check out was 11:00. Caused confusion.

The bed was broken and furnace was so loud it woke us up in the middle of the night.

Very clean (no carpet) nicely furnished king size room, courteous and helpful staff, with an excellent breakfast to boot. Glad we went a little off the turnpike to stay there!

Updated and clean rooms, friendly staff.

You can choose your own housekeeping schedule, however, when I did request it, it did not get cleaned. I was told there was a housekeeping issue that day, but it did get cleaned the next day. I assume perhaps it was a staffing issue due to Covid.

EXCELLENT HOTEL AND STAFF. THE EXTERIOR IS EXTREMELY LACKLUSTER BUT THE INTERIOR IS BEAUTIFUL! VERY VERY CLEAN AND GREAT FRONT DESK STAFF, REMODELERS ON SITE AND BREAKFAST LADY :)

Vicinity to other places, restaurants and such.

Double booked my room had another couple coming in late at night thought some one was breaking in. And placed directly across from employees breakroom where they were loudly complaining/singimg very loudly from 11p-2a management didn't care or believe me

Ease of access from state hwy 30. Very clean and safe practices due to Wuhan virus. Nice outdoor seating and pool.

We appreciated the welcome by the person at the front desk since we arrived late, I wish I remembered his name but it was good to received a cheerful greeting after traveling from across the country. It was one of the most restful nights I had in a while.

We did not have any issues at all. I miss the breakfasts though but I understand why there is no breakfast anymore.

Location

Unable to turn off lights in room, staff unable to fix. Construction going on inside hotel. Staff unwilling to refund for poor stay. Will never receive my business again.

The fornt desk people were fantastic. The offered help to fix my glasses without even asking for it. Thank you!!!

Please consider making the scrambled eggs without ham in it.
