Friendly staff and location

Some of the furniture in the room should at least be professionally cleaned or best if replaced

There was a needle in my room. My room had bugs. There was also urine on the walls in the bathroom.

I booked a handicap room non available my Daughter with an electric wheelchair wasn?t able to gain entrance to any regular room, the hotel didn?t accommodate our needs . Horrible place had to find a different hotel. They refused to give my money back.

Staff was friendly.

Found roaches in one of two rooms rented

The cleanliness. I wasn?t expecting spotless but vacuumed would have been good. Stained towels use for cleaning not for paying guests.

The door was hard to open n close. The cold water barely came out of bathroom sink faucet. Had to wait 5 minutes for cold water to come out of shower spigot. The towels had stains but clean. The sheets had stains but hopefully were clean.

Bathroom area needs some work.

Extremely dirty. Blood stains on sheets, blood and stains on box springs. Toilet leaked water everywhere and you had to flush 10 times to get poop to go down. Grease was literally caked on the lamps. Unsafe plugs.

Covid has been over for a couple years and they still have not opened the breakfast bar

I had booked a single King size room and they gave me a double twin bed and refused to switch me to what I booked. No offer for my inconvenience either.

The staff were incredibly rude for no reason. I made two seperate bookings and they tried to charge me a deposit on my second booking but said there were no deposits when I booked the first time. Then cancelled my 2nd booking without notice.

The room was clean except for cobwebs in the corner it had a mini fridge and microwave

The hotel charged me an additional $30 for Taxes and Fees

Tv reception was blurry, too much cold air seeping into room from door,coffee pot had not been cleaned in quite some time,queen sheets on a king bed, toilet loose rocking,debris and loose items on floor under bed. Dusting & cleaning neglected. Very dirty.

Filthiest room I'd ever stayed in. Sheets were stained and smelled like mildew. 56° when I walked in. Heater got the temp to 67° by the morning. Do not stay here!

Old hotel. Inexpensive. Clean room.

Very disappointed in hotel and ability to speak to someone about a refund. Hotel was filthy, not dated, filthy. Stained/dirty towels, floors, sink, microwave, door, stained sheets with holes (cigarette?), with a musty smell. Very upset frequent user.

The only nice thing about this hotel was close to my conference classes.

he hotel is for people who live there 24/7 and are allow to have children play until late at night and dog bark for 2 hours. I was by myself and was asked to move and denied because I did not feel secure where my room was. I was told I would be fine.

Room was dirty. Smelled musty. Microwave was rusty. Coffe pot was dirty. Sheets and towels were clean. It was advertised to get complimentary breakfast. They handed me a childs juice box and a small brown bag with childs snacks inside. No pool either

There was to be a pool available. This was a horrible experience. There were drug addicts in some of the other rooms and in the parking area. I was afraid to go outside at night.

Dirty, everything is outdated, staff was not nice, she even just opened our door before check out time.
