Check out is 11. We were getting ready to leave and a woman knocked on the door & said “housekeeping,”but then she just stood there & stared at us as we gathered our bags. It was a little strange.

The staff was ignorant. I git a smoking room I couldn't smoke in.was threatened with being checked out for smoking g on my smoking room. Alm around it was stressful and discouraging and degrading.I paid for my smoking rm and was treated like a criminal

The bed was horrible! Felt like it was broken in the middle. The AC/heating unit was so loud that it was difficult to hear TV and, more importantly, woke me up several times when it would come on. The lady that checked me in was not very friendly/welcomi

A new wall air conditioner was installed during my stay, I had to ask for staff to activate.

Bed sheets were wrinkled, disgusting.

when we returned from a function we attended there was no parking available on the property, we had to park at the business next door.

Staff was very friendly and nice, rooms were very clean, and it was very quiet the 2 nights that we slept there.

The only bad thing about it was the mattresses were like sleeping on a cement ground. We went to Walmart and bought an egg create topper and 2 extra pillows. Then the second night was a more tolerable bed. Other than that it was a great weekend.

I would not recommend this hotel.

The staff did not speak English. The room had hardwood floors which should be mentioned when looking at rooms. It was not place very well coming down the highway.

There was no coffee maker available neither in the lobby nor in the room. Room door is very hard to open or close.

not only this hotel, but no hotels in this area offer a shuttle service to local restraunts or the mall for guest. I also could not access internet from my particular room, but others I stayed with had reception in their rooms.

Room was clean and as described online, and the staff was very courteous. Nice little hotel at a great price!

Rude owners . Will never stay there again. Room was in poor condition and location hard to access.

There was no continental breakfast the cereal was old the fridge was off the room smell bad there was no iron the toilet paper holder were broken the shower was disgusting didn't even want to take a shower and I paid --- when it was  ---$ on the spot unhapy

breakfast didn't happen... just granola bars and terrible coffee

I didn't feel safe because the one window in our room was single pane and anyone could have broken into our room. Also I don't consider a stale, broken granola bar breakfast ☹️

It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful.

Had a problem with double billing. That was booking.com mistake. Everyone worked with me today resolve it
