The rooms are spacious !!! The staff is super friendly too! Great breakfast spread with egg sandwiches and omelettes, waffles, fruits, breads, etc. Pretty lobby ! It was great to also be able to use washer and dryer downstairs in the nice gym! :)

The staff was friendly and helpful.

Our room was absolutely filthy. Dirty finger prints on appliances, mirrors and tv. Strange dark spots (possibly blood, feces?)on the bathroom wall, and toilet. We found hairs in the sheets and stains on one of the pillows.

As with most hotels, they use noisy through the wall heat pumps for heating and AC. These make sleeping very difficult because they turn on and off through the night.

This was a very well run hotel, unlike the last one I booked through here.

I liked the fireplace, and the friendly staff

I didn’t like that my room wasn’t exceptionally clean because that is what i’m use to as a hilton member. the dishes were dirty and the bathroom wasn’t as clean. the breakfast you can tell a lot of people don’t eat the breakfast because everything was old and stale; only thing that was good was the oatmeal…

Room size was nice. Location was good.

Breakfast was mediocre. Not much for options and not hot. Juice tasted watered down. Beds were too soft.

I paid for the room online in the room i paid for was for me not to pay online and when i arrived at the hotel i had to put 125 down still. the staff was horrible.

Location staff was friendly

Pool was closed for maintenance, the breakfast was horrible. Need to remove the snow that's piled up in parking lot.

Bath necessities we're lacking. Container in shower empty. At the buffet the right side of the double toaster not working correctly. It does not toast well .

The bathroom fan had no off switch. It stayed on the whole time we were there

Bathroom door didn't lock. Tissue box was empty. No extra blankets in room

Beds were fairly comfortable. Staff all very attentive. Room was clean.

Breakfast could have been a little better. Noise in the hall from a family fight that spilled into the hall also was a little scary. But can't fault the hotel for that.
