Room was NOT cleaned properly, tops of counters had stuff all over it and not washed , sheets were still dirty and had what looked like a pee spot, top blanket was even worse!! I should have just left! Over priced!!

The staff was very nice

Ok so for the price I paid this motel was not worth it. If you are paying more than $--- you will be paying too much. Thin linens, poor pillows, small overused towels. The rooms were redone but poorly. Cars coming and going in the parking lot all night.

Rude. Charged me even though I had to leave as my child was sick. Did not set foot in room. Looks filthy.

Clean room Location close ~20 minutes to Longwood Gardens Had Fridge & Microwave, cable TV, alarm clock

Skimped a bit on basics; No cups, 1 small soap in room , no tissues

The hotel room was clean, although room was very small.....

When it is in the amenities that their is breakfast, and their is none, WHAT IS THEIR TO SAY ?????

I really appreciated that the check in staff recognized me as a returning guest by mentioning it and placed me in the same room as it was available. That was a nice touch. Over exceeded my expectations.

Place an Iron and board in room would get this property more stars (my opinion).

Checked out after 3 hrs because the power went out. Mgr declined a refund or discount.

Checked in around 3:45. By 7 pm, the power went out. The Manager was abrasive & rude; Refused to give his name. Declined a refund or discount. He said my elderly, disabled parents should have stayed because the power eventually came back on. Also, that this is an independently-operated motel and his decision is final.

I booked this for Memorial day weekend. Their systems were down so they couldn't properly book us in correctly. If you're looking to be able to sleep forget it. The site says soundproof rooms and they are not. You can smell people smoking through the walls. If you book the hotel because the site also states they have bbq grills, they do, but it's a small stand up grill with the bottom rusted out. The back side of the hotel has christmas ornaments just stashed on the sidewalk. The vending maching takes your money. As far as the room itself, it was dusty, they give you 2 washclothes and 2 towels with a bathmat. We went for extra towels at 4 pm and was told you can only get towels before 12 pm. The construction looks like a 10 yr old painted and spackled the room. Upon inspection the good thing is we didn't see any bugs of any sort.

My wife was paranoid. She feared for her safety.

It was dirty. The rooms were unkept They were full of cockroaches. The curtains were worn and can be seen through like a peep hole to name just a few

The serenity and peace and the smile from the young lady checking us in. That made all the difference. She was so patient and sweet even though it was well past 1am.

Absolutely disgusting. They do not have an actual non-smoking room and I’m allergic. 3 rooms we tried and the third one: had brown stains on the pillow case, hair on the sheets, cigarette holes in the comforter, dust and paint on the table, poop stains on the toilet seat and cover and the shower head doesn’t work.

Location is good

The bed had stains and cigarette burns on the blankets. So gross. I slept In my car. Should have requested a refund but wan in no mood for an argument. Screw that place

It was Clean and everything worked. Quiet and comfortable.

I did not like the smell of the smoking, it’s supposed to be (non- smoking)room.? the smell are very bad and gross.

Our room was on the back of the property that you couldn’t access from parking area. We got to room and the door wouldn’t close so it was a security risk and as we explored the room we realized the refrigerator was broken and when we opened it the stench inside overwhelmed the room. The room was filthy and was not as described.

I liked getting out of that place

I didn't like finding a dead rat underneath of the mini refrigerator as I opened the door to feel if it were to be cold enough to my liking. IT WORKED FINE if you consider it a rat trap. TOOK MANAGEMENT OVER 10 MINS TO GET OVER TO MY ROOM TO EVEN SEE WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT, FOR SOME REASON HE DIDN'T BELIEVE ME. HOTEL MANAGER CAME IN WITH A DUST PAN AND BROOM, NO DISINFECTANT OF ANY KIND BESIDES A CHUCKLE AND "SORRY" AS HE DEPARTED MY ROOM WITH THE CARCUS. I ALMOST IMMEDIATELY WAS PACKED LIKE CHECK OUT TIME CAME EARLY. I WAS NOT REFUNDED, I WAS DENIED MY MONEY FROM BOTH THE MOTEL AND BOOKING.COM, I PAID BOOKING.COM DIRECTLY AND THEY TOLD ME TO TAKE UP WITH THE MOTEL. THE MOTEL TELLS ME TAKE IT UP WITH BOOKING.COM. THE ONLY COMPENSATION THE MANAGEMENT WAS WILLING TO DO WAS PUT ME IN ANOTHER ROOM SAME LOCATION. UNACCEPTABLE. BOOKING.COM IS FOUL FOR ALLOWING THIS TO OCCUR AND NOT ISSUE ME PAYMENT CLAIMING THE MOTEL ALREADY TRANSFERRED THE MONEY, THAT WAS BEYOND ME. I SIMPLY STATED THAT BEING IN AN UNINHABITABLE LOCATION DEEMED ME ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND BUT THE GUY LITERALLY TOLD ME NO HE WOULD NOT PAY ME. THIS IS THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I WASN'T CHECKED INTO THE ROOM FOR NO MORE THAN 10 MINS UPON NOTICING THE RAT HEAD STICKING OUT FROM THE FRIDGE. NEED I SAY MORE? I AM OUT OF ALMOST $100 BECAUSE OF GREED AND LACK OF COURTESY.
