The newly renovated Quality Inn & Suites North is conveniently located at the Pennsylvania Turnpike (Interstate 76) and State Route 8. This Gibsonia, PA hotel is minutes from Hartwood Acres Park, Rivers Casino, Heinz Field, CONSOL Energy Center, Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium, David L. Lawrence Convention Center, University of Pittsburgh, Wildwood Highlands family fun park and many more attractions. This hotel offers many amenities, including free Q Corner Café breakfast with hot waffles, free wireless high-speed Internet access, a fitness center and guest laundry, copy and fax service and flat-screen LCD televisions. - Conveniently located, clean, most of the staff was personable.
- The room was updated.
- The location the price and the allowing pets and smoking is key.
Cons -
- Front desk person the day I checked out actually CALLED MY ROOM 10 mins BEFORE check-out time to see why I wasn't out yet! When I DID leave (at 10:57 AM), he wasn't in the office because HE WENT TO THE ROOM to see where I was! Why the rush??
- Shower drain didn?t drain, smelled like mildew it was a place to sleep
- The ceiling of the shower covered with mold. The breakfast was pretty bad, their packaged foods that they offered were all expired and some even had mold growing on them. There were bugs all around the coffee which tasted like water anyway.
