The hotel was very clean.

The bed was very firm and did not lend to a good night?s sleep. The breakfast was also subpar.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and the location was amazing. You could walk to the battlefield, restaurants and other attractions.

Solid breakfast with a lot of choices. It's located right next to the battlefield & lots of shops within easy walking distance.

The breakfast area was outstanding. It was on the 3rd floor with windows overlooking it he Gettysburg battlefield. Such a delightful way to start the day. Really fantastic planning!

The ice maker was out of order on our floor but 2 others easy to access.

Everything about the hotel was awesome from the friendly staff to the beautiful decor to the comfortable beds and the great location.

The location was good, everything was within walking distance. The breakfast had plenty of options and the food was good.

Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The bathroom had several hairs throughout.

The staff were great & it was right next to the military park.

We wished that there had been a freezer part to the refrigerator for our cooler packs & my cold pack for my knee. There was no stopper for the bathroom sink which I thought was unusual.

The room was spacious in most parts but the 2nd bedroom was super tiny and the doors did not work well to close for privacy. The continental breakfast was really good with many options.

The price. Other guests that did not adhere to the hotel rules in specific areas like the pool. The staff was limited and did notthing about it. We also had to several times get our own linens and other things that were required.

Location to Gettysburg National Military Park, Museum & Visitors Center. Ample parking.

Could hear ice machine dispensing from our room (#221).

Location was great. Walk to restaurants and stores. Staff was friendly and kind and knowledgeable. Hotel and room was clean, our #1 priority.

Great location! Fridge and microwave in room was useful. Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches , Otis Spunkmeyer muffins, and coffee were enjoyable and appreciated! Close to battlefield, activities, and restaurants. Clean room.

We were not notified on arrival that we wouldn¿t receive any housekeeping during our stay unless requested. We were staying for 4 nights. On day 3, we asked housekeeper in hallway about cleaning and she notified us of current guidelines. She helped.

Location and proximity to town

Found a pair of socks in my room that weren¿t mine and the bed linens seemed old and like someone had sat on them prior to my arrival.

The room was very clean and very modern. We chose a room that was over looking the battlefield which made it better. For location you couldn't ask for anything better in a new hotel.

The hotel was clean with a large room and excellent breakfast. Great location to the battlefield.

Cleanliness was excellent!

The breakfast room was at the 3rd floor above our room on the 2nd floor and you could hear ALL the footsteps from the ceiling. Woke us up at 630am and the footsteps never stopped.
