Room was perfect.

No towels next day. No towels in pool area. Laundry machines only accepted quarters and staff at check in didnt have any quarters.

Price was decent.

They do not make your bed or provide clean towels unless you request it by noon the day before. No one tells you this is their policy and it is not listed anywhere on their site.

VERY noisy had and odd number room facing road . Maybe even number (back side) would be better, But did not get much sleep!

The staff is exceptional, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Overall, a great experience.

My ONLY complaint is that you cannot make a left out of the parking lot, and generally everything you’re heading to requires you to go that direction, but that’s me being nitpicky.

It was very clean and not weathered by wear. The breakfast included was a cut above typical hotel continental breakfast. Hot food and cold available. Sufficient to start the day.

Unfortunately our room faced the front where the highway is. The truck noise penetrated the walls throughout the night. I doubt there?s much they can do about that except to be moved to another room and we didn?t ask. Otherwise the whole hotel was quiet.

Pool and workout room

No microwave in breakfast area. Cold muffins and pastries don?t go well with cold butter. Also coffee was located outside on breakfast area. Had to leave breakfast area to get coffee.

The air unit was not working correctly. Staff said they would send a mechanic and they never did. The water in the room wasn't working so we couldn't use it. Or shower the day we needed to. They didn't fix an the issues and didn't offer a way to fix it

Clean comfortable room and bed. Quick check in and friendly staff.

Heard semi trucks all night long with jake brakes and blowing horns. It was like there was no wall to the room. Definitely not insulated well.

The location is great. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean.

Had refrigerator and microwave

Only one entrance into parking lot and could only enter from one direction.

Front desk extremely nice! Hotel employee the best! The kitchen personal extremely nice!She kept everything clean.

Our room was not cleaned. The beds were not made, garbage was not picjed up, our used towels were not picked up and we had to go get clean towels every day at front desk and hotel employee had to bring towels and garbage bags for waste paper basket.

Room was a good size. Breakfast was adequate and better than some hotels.

We were there 5 nights and maid service did not come in our room once. We had to ask for fresh towels and washcloths twice.

It was quite loud because our room faced the street where the trucks have to step on the gas to climb the hill :-(

Hotel was in a easy location for What I needed. The room was very clean .

My only complaint was the hallway and inside the elevators needs to be cleaned and wiped down.

Clean updated rooms and efficient friendly service for check in and out.

One morning got hot breakfast which was great the next morning there was no hot breakfast which was not so great. Quite disappointed.

The location

Cleaning service very poor. Even after taking the trash out it stayed in front of the door all day.

The desk staff was very kind.

We paid a total of $--- for a one night stay. With the current extra Covid precautions required, I was appalled to find three long black hairs on the shower wall. When I reported it the desk staff, the manager offered 20% off an additional night.
