- Beds were incredibly hard !
- Booked a room with 2 queen beds. Both beds were coil spring mattresses. When you laid down you could feel and hear the coils in the mattress. The mattresses need replaced.
- Air conditioning worked but was rather loud; had to turn it off in order to hear the television. No exhaust fan in bathroom.

This is a quaint hotel! Very clean and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. I would give their customer service an A+ !

Very comfortable setting. Beds were terrific! Maids cleaned the room every day and were fast and unobtrusive. Breakfast was good and so convenient to have right there. Internet connection was trouble-free.

staff was superb, breakfast in the mornining was excelent and well caterterd, made sure we tipped the attenendent as she did a commendendable job with little praise ---should be addressed !!
