Room was clean, Directions to Motel was very poorly marked on a Foggy Night. Staff was helpful. Also Breakfast was Nice

Directions to Hotel was very poorly marked on a Foggy Night. Room TV didn't work, had to call from Desk to come and Fix it. Coffee pot didn't work in the ROOM. I feel every Hotel should have a " DO NOT DISTURB " sign in the Room, NONE.

Rude staff; you have to use side doors to re-enter after midnight because lobby main entrance door is locked. My key wasn¿t working, staff didn¿t bother open the door for me, they just ignored me. I had to call my wife at 4:24 am to open the door for me

This was the worst Holiday Inn express I¿ve ever been in. I need an update. The rooms are shabby and run down. The computers were so old that one would not even let me log onto Yahoo! Mail and the other one wouldn¿t let me open a PDF. Will not go back to

Additional unauthorized charges were made to My credit card. No response nor resolve from the hotel. Will never stay here again

Welcoming, night snack; soup and cookies, lots of choices for breakfast, wonderful staff. I had a problem with Direct TV controller and staff offered to move me to another room if reset didn't work. Was easy on and off roadway.

Convenient

Housekeeping should pay particular attention to cleaning areas that collect dust or build up water deposits in the shower head. Also, staff aren''t always present at the desk and when they are needed, they seemed to be annoyed.

The bed was the best bed I have ever slept on. The room was very nice and clean. Kitchen was nice loved the set up of our room. Would stay there again! Staff was amazing and helpful.

Only thing that I would have like to have done was close the curtains all the way so the morning light didn't wake me in the morning.

It was located right off of the highway and close to people we were visiting. The breakfast was good and hearty. It was close to both the Cracker Barrel (walked there for dinner) and to McDonalds (drove but could walk).

The location was perfect. Most of the staff were kind help. Most of the staff gone out of their way to help. It was nice and quite. A lot of restaurants around to go to eat. A few would deliver.

The price could be cheaper. More to do. Like a pool sauna. A few of the staff could be more pleasant. They know who they are. Like I said the prices could be lower for Schuylkill county.

Nice view, quiet and comfortable.

It was anbit more expensive then I thought.

One of the cleanest and updated rooms we have stayed, most enjoyable experience. All of the staff were very friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.
