Friendly and clean

Was extremely disappointed in the fact that the hot tub was not hot not worked. I searched a long time for a hotel that had a hot tub to relax in and couldn't get it at neither of the two hotels I stayed at.

Quiet, comfort, cleanliness; overall facilities and ease.

It was clean, comfortable and attractive.

1. There is no apparent access while going south on Route 100, and trying to make a U turn was frustrating. 2. Is the bar the only place to eat? Groups who had food set up in the hallways beyond the bar. Is that usually the restaurant area?

Friendly staff

Yes - the spa did not work well - lukewarm with barely a fizz

Hotel was easy to get to and right of the highway. The staff were very friendly upon arrival and had me checking in within minutes. The room worked out great and looked new.

Not at this time. Everything was to expectations.

Hotel was in a good area

Bartender was very pushy and rude, rooms were extremely small, I could hear everyones door slam when the went in and out and then I could hear everytime someone flushed the toilet it was an awful stay!!

Ease to have a dog. Good breakfast. Lots of parking in the back especially

People were very loud because of a wedding. Past midnight there should be someone from the hotel who can monitor it

The room was nice.

Staff was rude. Jacuzzi tub was broken and pool/spa area was shut down even though we were told there was a working jacuzzi when we booked the hotel. This is one of the main reasons we chose this hotel in the first place.

FULL BREAKFAST OVER-KILL TOO MUCH- EXPENSE

The hotel handled Covid precautions well and the hotel was extremely clean.

The pool said it was heated but it was pretty cold. That was pretty upsetting because that¿s why we came to the hotel. My kids and I needed to get away and have some fun. We wound up not swimming as much as we wanted to.

The hotel is very clean and well appointed. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Internet is free. Great value for the money and a convenient location.

The night shift front desk staff was rude (after 11:00pm. He was annoyed that he had to check us in and wasn't very nice or professional.
