The beds were hard the toilet and shower had issues

Shower head needs replacement Refrigerator was on a 2 hour shut off time

The staff tried to charge me twice saying the ?virtual debit card ? hadn?t gone thru and didn?t tell me this til they tried to charge me twice

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, ensuring a smooth check-in process and making me feel right at home. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and provided all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

It was clean and quiet.

Yes, not having a microwave in my room. It was located in the laundry room. That's not sanitary nor is it good for a person's health. Radiation and fumes from the washing machine and dryer going at the same time. Not good.

Staff is wonderful, room is nice, pretty quiet.

Breakfast was not as good as the last time we stayed a couple of years ago. Eggs were overcooked, not as many food options. We had to ask for bottled water, not self serve. The bed was harder than I remembered, my back was quite sore after a night.

The staff was wonderful.

The breakfast scrambled eggs were from a carton. The eggs and cut fruit smelled and tasted like fish. We were on the top floor and there was an obvious roof leak or sweating pipes that caused staining in the ceiling. Gross. Pool bottom didn't look clean.

Location

They gave me a room with a broken bed and dirty floors. They did have a housekeeping manager come to the room and vacuum the floor. Unknown to us the bed did not work

The employees were so nice.

The pool definitely is not balanced correctly-I would know I have a pool...my kids wouldn't even stay in the pool with their eyes burning and their skin all itchy could be why there's so much corrosion in & around the pool.

The breakfast is always delicious! The staff is curious always smiling and will do their best to make sure your visit is going great.

Shower curtain has black mold, shower is very narrow due to shampoo bottles installation on the side of tub. If you don't need to take shower, or the hotel moves the bottle to the end of the tub and clean the shower thoroughly, this is a good hotel.

Safe,quiete,clean,beautiful & hot breakfast eventhough I came 20 minutes late to try the breakfast noone from their stuff asked me if I came down for the breakfast neither offered it to me. I couldnt try at all the breakfast cuz I was 20 minutes late!¿¿¿¿

Yes,the attitude from the General manager! When I aaked him my last question at the desk before I leave the hotel, he instead dismissed me when I was talking to him and he ask one of his employee to answer my questions & he never said Sorry, I have to go!

Hotel employee from the front desk is wonderful He greets everyone and asks how their stay is going He always says positive things about his coworkers and manager too

Room had a couple pieces of trash when we checked in. Ceiling tiles were a mess in our floors hallway and moved as if someone did work and didnt replace.

The room I booked was for 2queen beds, 1adult /1child The reservation somehow mysteriously got changed to 3adults with 1king bed The front desk told me they had been sold out of queen beds for a few weeks My son and I had to sleep together 17yrs 6¿4

Location, features, modern and professional.

I have stayed about 4 times now in the last 60 days. I am not very talkative in the morning. So there is a staff member that seems to be there every stay I have had that just won¿t let me/others eat breakfast in peace. If he just would calm down a bit.
