Cons -
- Room was not fully stocked (no hand soap) or cleaned. When we found a dirty wash cloth in the shower we questioned everything. When I brought it to the staffs attention she called someone who simply took the wash cloth. The breakfast was substanard
- The air/heat extremely loud and blows directly on the persons body sleeping closest to the window. Dishwasher was broken and had dirty still water in it. Garbage disposal didn't work. Employees entire family (10) came in to eat breakfast taking most food.
- For a Hilton it was very underwhelming. Needs to be updated. Stains in the carpets. Mold in the bathroom. Didnt get the King bed. Sheets didnt fit the bed. Very pricey for what we got.
