Friendly staff, breakfast options were fresh, quiet, clean

The bathroom was very dark and felt more dated than I expected for the price; some buttons on the tv remote didn’t work

The beds were very uncomfortable.The rooms smelt like dirty animal, and there was kids running up and down the hallway and the stairs all night

The shower in my daughter s over flowed. And the toilet seat in my room was falling off. Rooms were very musty smelling

Employees were nice, property was very well-maintained, breakfast was good, pool area was great, and room was very comfortable. This is the best hotel in this class we’ve been to in a long time!

Carpets need replaced or cleaned, they smelled of urine and the shower drain was clogged

My daughter used the fitness center one morning and said it was very warm in there.

Very clean, quiet, staff was friendly, breakfast was impressive for a hotel.

The hot tub never got hot and the pool was overchlorinated.

A staff member was rude and unprofessional. The fire pit and hot tub were not functioning.

AMAZING Fitness Center, Pool, & Hot Tub! for keeping Health Facilities open to keep my Immune System as strong as possible while we deal with this Oligarch/Government created Plandemic!

Quick, very efficient check-in. CLEAN, attractive room. AND the drains drained well! Friendly, helpful staff - AND they spoke ENGLISH!! Delicious breakfast with good choices. Location would not be handy if you were only visiting Lancaster.

Room was slightly small, but fine since there were just 2 of us. Would prefer a desk instead of a round table to work on.

Construction crews come in at 6:30 am. So if you want to sleep in NOT. That's why I gave a low rating for overall experience. I think any noise before 9am is unacceptable. With a checkout at 11am. So leave early!

It was clean and the bed was comfortable.

They were doing construction on the rooms across the hall that started loudly at 7am. Nothing was done to have us move rooms.

BUG in the tub, spider in the bathroom, view was a wall covered in ivy.

Availability of fresh fruit and coffee when checked in. And the breakfast.

There was a sewage smell outside when we took our morning walk before checking out.

convenient location, helpful staff, good breakfast buffet, and each room had its own Keurig with coffee & tea. Rooms also had a small fridge and microwave. Great amenities!
