the morning manager spanish lady very rude yelled at us opened room door accused me of smoking in room because i smelled smoke n put towel up kept my deposit n the whole floor smelled like smoke the night before no w/u call because phone wasn’t working

Breakfast

It had a very bad smell to it which is the reason for the poor rating. The smell of mist and mildew was over whelming.

Breakfast and the Woman who served breakfast was extremely helpful, kind, and courteous!

The shower in the bathtub was not clean. You could see mold and buildup around the bar on the wall in the shower.

Convenience of location

The shower water was freezing. We only stayed one night and tried to take showers in the morning, no hot water. They only had double beds and that is not big enough for a family of 4. The breakfast was unacceptably bad. The waffle machine was out of order

We left a cash security deposit and when they went to check the room they gave Back the security to posit but told us that we were never allowed back there because Of the way we left the room..?!!!? We did not leave the room in any bad way! Insulting!

Ask for handicap accessible. Bathroom was difficult to get in with walker. Bed was so uncomfortable. Walking in door with walker was hard.

The staff was rude. The toilet had no pressure, it was snowing and 18 degrees. No pressure so the toilet did not flush. I was told I had to leave the room as I found it. I cleaned the mess and the toilet, as expected, the problem pressure built up

I had read reviews and I did not see any of the issues people wrote about Red Roof. The check in was easy and the hotel was clean and no bad odor. If we are in the area again we will def stay here

It was a little odd entering thru a parking lot, but once we seen in daylight that the hotel is right off an interstate we understood why

Bed was very comfortable and water pressure in the shower was awesome.

Breakfast was just coffee, juice, muffins and Danish. There was a cereal choice but nothing hot.

The staff at the front desk, Yvette in particular were so welcoming and helpful I had to mention her by name. The beds and linens were very comfortable.

The bathroom is a little dated but it was clean and did the job.

Adequate mattress and furnishings. Polite staff. However limited, all sugar/carbohydrates, nice to have breakfast feature.

Brown water in tub for several minutes, then turning greenish. No stopper.peeling tub. Front desk button on phone didn't work, I called from outside line to get them. OLD builing, difficulties with door.

The location was the only good part.

The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. We had to get our key card reprogrammed twice and each time it was a bother to the staff to do it. The room was nasty. There was a blood stained towel hanging in the bathroom. No water available to drink. I

I expected more for a Red Roof Plus. I also did not like the idea of paying an extra 100.00 for incidentals that appeared on my credit card. Most hotels do not run the card unless there are additional charges. Breakfast was a joke. Won't stay again.

The hotel is in a good location for our trips to Easton. It's clean and reasonably priced. We have stayed here before and will stay here again.

The only thing we didn't like is the height of the toilet. It felt like we were nearly sitting on the floor. Next time we plan to reserve a handicap room since both of us has some disabilities.

The shower. It had very good pressure.

The toilet was broken when we first arrived.The refrigerator was a noise maker. We didn't get any sleep. Went to let the clerk know he was nowhere to be found.Later we seen him coming from his car (maybe was sleeping)they would not compensate any portion
