Staff. Cleanest, location

The location, the spacious room, and the breakfast! The breakfast is included for all guests staying there so you don't have to pay extra, or choose a room that says "comes with breakfast". There are a lot of places to eat nearby.

The staff. They were so helpful and friendly it was unreal. They made me and my dog feel so welcome

Being a new hotel things are expected to go wrong but the only thing that did was my key stopped working for the one side door closest to my room. When I told staff she said it's just the door there was nothing they could do

The property was newly built. It offered ample space for parking. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They provided a variety of breakfast items. The staff were friendly and helpful. We just stayed for 1 night but it was worth the price that we paid.

Our room was on the side of highway. I slept near window and it was a little noisy, however I still got a good night sleep.

The room size is amazing & there is a sofa with a trundle bed in the room too. The breakfast selection is very very good and the woman working to keep it stocked was exceptional! The location for our family to visit was awesome. Located near many stores and places to eat. Also located next to major freeways! This is our 2nd time staying here & we would stay here again!

Cozy beds, very spacious, clean, fully adjustable thermostat, large closet, quiet fridge, swivel tv, couch.

Breakfast area too small, cramped and crowded. Too little fresh gluten free foods such as plain eggs and potatoes. Would prefer real mugs for coffee, not disposable kind. Bathroom in room had glass door and was right across beds. Light shined through the door at night which was inconvenient. Would like frosted glass shower door for privacy. Lights were not independently controllable.

Okay. Could use more dairy free, gluten free options, but I appreciated the oatmeal, oatmilk and toppings.

I was incorrectly charged three times by the hotel, from check-in to check-out, even though I had already prepaid through Booking.com. The staff assured me they would fix it and process a refund. However, I am still very disappointed that this incident occurred.
