They changed up the breakfast menu daily!

When first entering the room it had a musky oder and I noticed the bottom of the valance curtain was stained.

The refrigerator was not cold and we were told all the refrigerators were not cold. This is unacceptable. They offered to put my medication in the refrigerator at the front desk. This solution was not convenient but appreciated. Replace refrigerators.

The cleanliness, customer service, free breakfast and the pool were great. Location was perfect!!

The staff here was exceptional! So caring and willing to meet our every need! Also, the breakfast was out of this world. You cannot get a better breakfast at a restaurant!

The pool area could have been a little cleaner. It's was not awful, I just noticed some things that could have been taken care of. It did not effect our stay or even our pool experience!

The hotel room itself was fine - comfortable beds, quiet, clean room. Breakfast had a good selection and was free. Appreciate free wi-fi as well, and the staff was friendly.

This is a non-smoking hotel but our end of the floor reeked of cigarettes. It seeped into the room. We twice told the front desk and they said we weren't the only ones to complain but the situation didn't change. Very sad other guests ignore the rules.

How neat and organized everything was, and the fact that it had a pool for the kids.

The room had bugs, I seen about eight, not sure what kind but there is a broken seal in the window or in the a/c unit.

The location and facilities

Some of the staff members were not very friendly specially the man in the reception which I found odd for this hotel. I always had a great image of the Hampton hotels and always had an ultima experience. I felt in a 2 star hotel.

It was clean! In the midst of many hotels still having covid breakfast- a hot buffet breakfast was welcome and delicious. The only issue we had was regulating the temperature in our room but we were all so tired, that may have been brain functioning ¿¿

The room was beautiful and comfortable and clean. The breakfast was wonderful with so much variety.

The hotel was need of renovation which the staff told me was going to happen by the end of the year so that's awesome The breakfast was not that great The Wi-Fi was not strong at all

We had four people in our party and specifically booked a room with 2 queens. When we got there they had nothing to offer us except a single bed with a roll away and a sofa. Terrible.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and big. The hotel is at a great location, and we got a great deal.

The pillows were way too soft. If I was going to stay here again, I'd bring my own. The air conditioner made so much noise throughout the night that it actually scared us.

Quiet and clean! Kids loved the pool and the breakfast was fresh and delicious!

It is noisy. In our room we could hear feet upstairs, the family next door and any noise in the hall way. Needs more soundproofing.

The 2 young ladies that assisted me were very very helpful. They went above and beyond to help me. I had a medical issue while in the room and they helped me through it. I can't remember their names but they should be recognized and praised for their pro

We stayed on Feb. 16, 2015. The woman who checked us in was both welcoming and professional. The room was clean and the bedding looked new, freshly laundered and was comfortable. Nice breakfast in the morning.
