Staff member. She went above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly stood out. She was the one positive highlight of my experience at this hotel.

The room had mildew, the bathroom and toilet were dirty, and there was no working internet, room phone, or television. . Had it not been for Mercedes, who went above and beyond to help me, my experience would have been entirely negative.

The TV did not work, staff tried to correct the signal issue 3 times.

The cleanliness of the room it was immaculate. the sheets on the bed were l believe very fine cotton, the room was better than I would have expected.

They tried hard but the breakfast came up a little short, not much selection to choose from.

I have booked two smoking rooms by accident. But the gentlemen at the front desk was able to help us by providing non-smoking rooms despite the fact that it's the busy July 4th weekend.

The staff is so friendly and they served us by providing the early check-in too.

There were baby roaches in the bathroom, primarily in the tub.

It was somewhat easy to access and close to where I worked.

This version of equality inn i've stayed at many and this is outdated not very clean.

The staff.

For the price, the bed was cheap, it rolled around the floor with a simple movement, and it was very lackluster for 95 a night at a Quality Inn. I felt like I was at a motel 6, in the 80s.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent along with the staff serving it!!!

very dated - Mold in bathroom. Bring shampoo only a bar of bad soap. Restaurant in hotel was the worst. Went to order three different items customers warned us not to order. Waited over an hour for a hamburger.

The best part of this hotel was the free breakfast provided. It was well-seasoned and readily available. The staff ensured that everything stayed well stocked during the stay.

The room smelled musty when using the HVAC unit. The wayfinding was confusing, and a male staff member was very rude, making us vacate just after our breakfast. The timing had just become 9:30 and we didn't even have a chance to get up yet.

It was easy to locate and near a lot of places to eat and travel to.

There was a marijuana smell inside my bedroom and it was very annoying because you are told that you are not supposed to smoke inside.

Cleaning of the room was very very good! That was my main concern when booking due to some reviews but it was extremely clean room and all good

My kids loved the waffles at breakfast.

I got a non smoking room and the room still smelt like a pack of cigarettes. My kids complained about the smell.

I liked the location close to Rt 80. Easy access on and off.

This hotel is old and disgusting. The bottom of our bathroom door was disintegrating. The room was freezing because they shut off the heater. There is hardly any food at breakfast time. You have cereal, yogurt and a waffle machine. Nothing else.

Room was clean and everything working as expected. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the attached restaurant had very good quality food despite it was not very utilized.
