The bed was too soft and the room was claustrophobic

The staff were welcoming and helpful. The place was spotless. The room may have been slightly small that what we had become used to on our trip but had everything we needed. No bar but the food and drinks available to purchase were more than adequate. Great but simple free buffet breakfast that sets you up for the day.

Although the AC works well in the room it would have been great if it had been a little quieter.

The breakfast was plentiful and good. I always appreciate protein such as meat and eggs being offered. The coffee was hot and fresh in the morning. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Upon arrival the coffee in the lobby was not hot or fresh. The air conditioning unit in our room was loud and cycled on and off constantly throughout the night causing us to wake up each time. There was no coffee maker or microwave in our room. For the price we paid, $241, I was quite disappointed. I've had better rooms that were much less expensive in other local hotels.

Very clean, quiet room with a comfortable bed. Pretty solid free breakfast options as well!

The only thing that was specific to this room was the shower handle was pretty loose, but that didn't put a damper on our experience.

Building is only 4 years old. Very modern and tastefully decorated. The desk staff were all friendly and polite. A pleasure to meet The lobby is spacious and comfortable. The room was beautiful!! Spotless and smelled soo good! Beds were comfortable and had lovely bedding. Did I mention clean!The best part of the decore was the floors did not have carpet so it felt clean to walk around barefoot or in socks!! I wish all hotels/ motels practiced this!!The bathroom was large enough for handi-assessable!! Again spotless and very nicely decorated. Tru by Hilton now practicing soap, shampoo and conditioner dispenser in shower and sink area. No more samples and waste!!Hot breakfast was served daily. It was hot, plentiful and delicious!! Once again spotless and well organized!! My favorite part was the “ magic” pancake maker!!! You wave your hand and say good morning, then two fluffy pancakes are made for you. You can watch the whole batter to pancake process through the window. I loved it, so the kids absolutely will. Bonus: they offered different toppings to customize to your taste. They had a coffee and tea bar stocked and ready 24/7. No more questionable in room coffee makers and unnecessary waste!This hotel was a well oiled machine with diligent staff that truly work hard to make a wonderful stay!!The location is so close to antique malls, shops and flea markets. The Green Dragon is a 10 minute drive away!!My favorite antique shop is Mother Tucker’s. Diagonally across from the big Green Dragon sign. Stop in and say Hello to Heather the sweetest manager around!!!I think I found my new go to hotel chainThe price was very reasonable. I thought it was a lot of bang for your buck. Give them a try, I think you’ll feel the same way!

Location was perfect for what we needed. I work in New Holland PA and the power had been out at home for several days. My daughter and I just needed a cool place to stay and were looking forward to a nice breakfast since we hadn't had power at home for 3 days at this point.

We were unable to have breakfast as it was not ready onetime. Also I came down at 4:30am to get coffee in the lobby to have while I got ready in my room and it was Ice cold. The lady working the front (laying over on the couch with her son watching a movie) said oh ya sorry I never made any since I came in when I let her know it was cold. At 6am when I came back down the coffee in the lobby was still cold and the breakfast was not ready so that was disappointing for myself and my daughter. We didn't have time to wait around so we left.

The location is excellent. Very close to Green Dragon Farmers Markey. Also not too far from Lancaster.
