The shower/bathroom was updated and clean.

There was trash on the floor from the previous guest.

The lady at the front desk was nice. That was the only good thing.

Place with dirty blood stains on the sheets absolutely disgusting. I will be calling the health department.

There was no elevator, not enough breakfast options, sinks very low, needed kleenex

Non Smoking room with burn markers in the comforter. They are trying to charge me for my service dog. Maybe someone needs to explain the rules to them. We tried but not sure they understand.

The location was convenient and it was very quiet besides the traffic

Room heater was loud when running, street side room is noisy from traffic.

nothing at all just down right sad I feel like my money was took my car was keyed by some kids who were at the hotel dogs barking all night long just one big mess!!!

The only option for breakfast was waffles, no fruit, cereal, or other breakfast foods.

My sister and I were visiting family in the area, so it was convenient to stay at this hotel. There is easy access to major highways, also. Clean room. Would I stay there again if I needed a hotel in that area: yes.

Communicating with the person on duty at the front desk was a bit problematic. I went to breakfast the first day of our week's stay. All I saw was coffee, tea, apple and orange juice, and one waffle maker with fixings for waffles. Bring your own food.

75% of the lights in the room were burnt out. The pillows provided (2) for a queen size bed were barely the size of throw pillows for a couch... Both pillows would have fit easily in a single standard pillow case.

No bed bugs was a solid plus

Tv only had one or two working channels and the hotel isn¿t doing anything for it. Front desk barely speaks English and there was a broken crack pipe in the cigarette ash tray outside. I have pictures of that.

Convenient location and I previously had used this location 4 or 5 times the last 3 yrs

Couldn't shower. I reported to the front desk that there was no hot water, not even Luke warm. Nothing was done

Nothing except the location

The lady at check in was rude. My room was supposed to have a sofa sleeper it did not. When I asked about it, I was told none of the rooms had them. There were no covers on the bed. It was all bad.

It was close to where I was. Unfortunately, the heat did not work in our room; and there was no way to fix it for the night. I ended up leaving at 530 am; because it was too cold to stay.

There was no heat in our room.

It stunk. Parking was very hard to find.

Location was great. Easy access on/off main roads

Not family friendly. Breakfast had only waffles. Mold on shower curtain. Beds were worn with limited pillows and towels. Hallway had missing tiles in ceiling. Parking lot had piles of construction stuff/dumpster. Not a welcoming atmosphere.

Looks like they are doing some work on updating but carpet in room is not clean & there is a leak in hallway¿

Room kind of small but not a deal breaker

Nothing! Worst room we have ever stayed in!

The parking was blocked by construction and trailers. The loud, cussing neighbors would light up cigarettes and our room filled with smoke. The smoke detector had been ripped out leaving a hole. The shower curtain had yellow stains and mold. Gross!
